Filthy bathrooms. Filthy door handles and glass. Employee is nice and trying hard. But the restaurant is so dirty it just turns you off.

BEST ROAD TRIP STOP! As far as McDonald's go, this place is awesome. There's tons of seating, and not just tables for 4, and the play place is huge! My kids got all their wiggles out from our long drive here and it was totally worth the stop. The food is what you expect from McDonald's but it came out quickly which is a win in my book. There were workers actually working, sweeping, cleaning the tables off, etc. so overall, definitely worth a stop if you're needing some fast food. read more

20231228 7:35 am. Just pulled thru and ordered 2 Egg McMuffins a Hash Brown and an Orange Juice. The Orange juice was so watered down I didn't even realize that it was Orange Juice. The Egg McMuffins I had, was not bad, but the egg was not fully cooked and /or needed salt. The has brown was ok. The ordering process was smooth and I paid about $11. I ordered double cheeseburgers with no mustard or pickles and you could literally see where they pickles were taken off in the burgers and they had wiped everything else off in the burgers so they were just burger and bun lmao. Went through the drive thru for breakfast. The wait was average for McDonald's in the morning & no complaints regarding the quality of the food. My mother, my son & I ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffin combos and added an additional McMuffin, two breakfast burrito combo with two cokes and an orange juice. When we got to the second window to pick up the food, the employee was very pushy like she was in a rush. First, she passed the drinks and as she sees the driver of the car passing the drinks to us in the backseat, she says "here". Then, she passes the bag as she quickly says "have a nice day" and closes the window. The bag contained a breakfast sandwich combo with an extra hash-brown. Once we got the employee's attention and advised them the food was wrong they provided our food pretty quickly. We also had to request straws and then was asked how many, lol the number of drinks you just handed to us silly! Customer service needs additional training but otherwise the experience was good. read more

1 star is generous. The lady with hopeless tattooed on her neck really hit the nail on the head with that one. Bad mouthing the employees and the customers there is an interesting move. Why have the table markers if you don't bring the food out. Definitely avoid this store and go to Brigham. Worth the drive to avoid the crap service here. read more

Driving through the area, my husband and I chose McDonald's for the chain's consistency. Not so at the location. I waited at least 15 minutes for my order even though it wasn't busy, and the person behind me got his order 10 minutes before I did. I had to ask the employee who was playing on his phone to check my order. When I finally got my order, my Big Mac had nothing between two of the buns, my fries were cold, and I had to ask for a cup for my drink. Is this the new "consistency" I should expect from the chain? read more

My family and I stopped here to get some food durning our road trip. We were eager to eat after being in the car for so long but were greatly disappointed when our food was ready. The quarter pounder burger was so dry it actually cracked and crumbled out of the bun when I picked it up to take my first bite. My boyfriend ordered a regular crispy McChicken and received a spicy McChicken. When he went to the front to ask for the food he originally ordered, only then did they inform him that they did not serve the regular McChicken, only the spicy. We were missing orders of fries; and the fries we did have were room temperature at best. The chicken tenders were so rubbery that we were unable to tear them in half. I understand this is fast food and people are only trying to do their jobs, but this is by far the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. Save your money, go to Wendy's instead. read more

Honestly the worst McDonalds i've attended. I have some sympathy because it was rush hour and the staff was friendly, however the food was not done well at all, they got our order wrong (which wasn't exactly a complicated one), and the bathroom was extremely unkept. I hate leaving negative reviews on anything but jesus, this place was an exception. I had to brush my teeth multiple times after eating here, and it wasn't enough. Nothing will ever be enough. The food was fine but this place is disgusting. It looks like they have never cleaned the place. The kitchen floor was nasty. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and messes in every stall. The play place looks like it's never been cleaned with stains everywhere. And the staff was slightly rude. I asked what toy was in the happy meal and she said "um I don't know" and wouldn't go check. I never thought that I would review a McDonald's but this one changed my mind. It is the most unkempt, disorganized dirty McDonald's that I've ever visited. The food preparation/presentation matches the condition of the place. I ordered an Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It arrived with the chopped lettuce surrounding the bottom bun rather than on it. There were no condiments on it. The chicken was lukewarm, leaving me to wonder how long it had been waiting for a customer. The best was saved for last. The sandwich is supposed to come with a tomato slice. Apparently they were out of tomato slices that day, so the cook had improvised by smashing a cherry tomato and using it instead. This McDonald's should be avoided until the management and staff is either replaced or becomes adequately supervised. read more

Got breakfast to go as we were staying at the hotel down the street, get back to the hotel and there are no fork and knife for the breakfast platter and how do you ever have ice tea without ice? They repeated to me what I had ordered and it was wrong , so I corrected them . I got to the second window and they didn't have my frappe . They told me to pull forward and wait . After 20 minutes of waiting . Someone finally came out w my drink . After I got home to eat , they had given me the wrong food . I never thought I'd review a McDonald's. This was a great one. Big and clean play place for the kids. Nice cushy seating in the play place area (not the hard plastic seating). Service was friendly but we had fun ordering on the self service board. The food was typical McDonald's by far one of the best McDonald's environments though. read more

We waited 25 minutes to get our order, there were several people that asked for a refund and walked out and at least one person who walked out without a refund just because she was so frustrated with the wait. This place is an embarrassment to the company. I finally got my order and had to go back to get my drink since it so much time had past I actually forgot I ordered the drink in the first place. However I left my wallet and didn't discover it missing until I had traveled 6 hours and 300 miles. I called and Sara answered the phone and assured me that she would handle everything, which she did. An employee had found it and turned it in.
