I don't get a chance to comment on the food. Waiting in line at the counter the cashier is undertrained. She didn't know how to accept cash and after being ignored for several minutes while standing at the counter I walked over to McDonald's. I could see tie kitchen working furiously and taking orders for drive through while the cashier wandered around looking at the screen and trying to figure out how to help. Very frustrating read more

What a complete disaster. I ordered my food and we had an issue with the online app... go figure! However, when I ask to talk to a manager real quick to resolve this the two different managers on duty, which were fighting on who was going to come up to the front and talk with a customer... by the way, neither of them ever came to speak with me, and they handed me the food all awkwardly. Kinda like they didn't know what to do because the manager still have not come out. We just walked out and will never return. Dave Thomas would flip in his grave. Absolutely disgusted about the quality of the kitchen and the lack of dispute resolution from the staff. Trash cans overflowing, food all over the floor, and about the worst customer service I have ever received from a Wendy's. The general manager of this facility seriously needs to retrain the staff and move out the bad actors. Managers should never fight in front of customers on who is going to go up there. Even the girl at the front said well you're actually the real manager, to her superior, and the lady ignored it and kept flipping burgers, the whole establishment and the staff was completely out of sync. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. read more

This is one of the slowest moving Wendy's I've ever seen. The drive through on a Sunday night had around 6 cars in front of us and we were in line for at least half an hour. It was the longest I've been in a drive through. They only had small drinks for some reason, which was strange because you could see larger cups in the window, but I guess they might have been for Lemonades or something. I don't think they offered any discount on combos with large fries even though you had to get a small drink. The food was decent. They were out of ranch, but offered ghost pepper ranch which was nice. I had a chicken jalapeno popper meal which was really good and better than expected. I haven't seen that at other Wendy's, but hopefully it's a thing near me. Perfectly spicy, especially with some ghost pepper ranch. I don't think I'd come here again, they just seemed overwhelmed. read more

The cashier (Kylie) had a horrible attitude while serving us and other customers. She looked miserable. However, the young man taking out the trash was really kind. Worst Wendy's I have been to in a long while. Trash littered all over the floor. Sauce on the floor. There was literally not a single clean table. Dirty hand prints all over the windows. Unbelievable. There was 5 employees standing behind the counter chatting and having a great time while the lobby needed some serious tending to. Fortunately I got some pictures. I generally stop here on my way through but after today it will be a serious consideration on going somewhere else. read more

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no one ahead of me before I was even acknowledged. When I received my food half of it was wrong and missing items and when I told the girl at the counter my nuggets were supposed to be spicy nuggets she rolled her eyes at me, turned around and dropped a bag of frozen nuggets in the deep fryer and told me it would be 4 minutes and she would call me. 12 minutes later after I had finished the rest of my food I went back up to get my nuggets without being called. Katherine was rude, snotty, short and basically a childish brat. she kept interrupting me, practically threw my food out the window, when I said I hadn't paid yet she scoffed at me. My family lives in the area, so this used to be a restaurant we frequented after kids sports games for the convenience. The service is always excellent at this location, but the quality has suffered in the last several months. Poor quality food, cold food, burnt fries, etc. Working the issues with corporate down through the local franchise has resulted in multiple emails over an almost two month period with promises of satisfaction, only to fall short in never making our one order complete. Do yourself a favor and bypass this Franchise owner and continue further north or wait until you get to the greater Salt Lake area for a meal. read more

Stopped by passing through Tremonton and ordered a salad combo. Their soda machine was out of many selections so I got water. Got in the car with our order headed down the freeway and noticed no utensils or dressing for the salad. I ate the small fry and realized I just spent $11 on a small fry at Wendy's. read more

I am not one to leave reviews on restaurants but this was the worst Wendy's I've been to. My frosty was soupy and they said that's usually the consistency. Maybe that's how it is at that Wendy's but definitely not at other Wendy's. They are the exception I guess. The wait was way longer than it should've been. We even had to wait in the parking lot for our food. And my friend who went in to the lobby to get ketchup was saying, "excuse me" and the employees completely ignored her multiple times. I'm a pretty laid back person honestly, and at first I really didn't care but then one thing after another happened. I've never experienced that at a Wendy's before. Their website said they closed at 11:00 p.m. and we showed up at not even 9:30 p.m. and they had closed. Congratulations Wendy's...you lost a long-time, local customer tonight. I ordered two full-sized taco salads. When I got them, they were half-sized salads, so I pointed it out to the window help, and they laughed and said, "Yeah a lot of people say that." We eat there often, so I know the difference, but I didn't feel like arguing, so I just took them. When I got home, one of the salads was only partly full, so it was less than a half salad! The lettuce in both salads was brown and slimy, both salads had just a sprinkle of cheese, and one of them didn't have any tomatoes at all. We ate the chili and chips, and threw the rest away. We went to the drive through and literally repeated my order twice since it was 6 chicken sandwiches, I payed I was asked to wait upfront around the corner and they would bring me my rest of my sandwiches. I assumed they were gonna bring my strawberry lemonade and they forgot. I checked my bags to make sure we got everything and I didn't have my other two sandwiches!
