I do not know why this place received such horrible reviews. I came here late at night on a Wednesday and got pretty good service. You order on some self serve kiosks and pay at the terminal. It took a while for me to get my order but I assumed that it was only one person working at the time. Imagine my surprise when I got my food and it was the perfect temperature and you could tell they just cooked the food. I would love to come here again. read more

I went for just a cheeseburger, fries , and drink. Didn't have the drink i wanted , they put mustard on my burger when i asked for none, the fries are cold , burnt, old , and tasteless. long day after work , I decided to stop by this McDonald's. For some reason my mobile app code wasn't working so I had to spend about $3 more than I wanted. I pulled up at the window regretting that I got a Sweet Tea cause some people don't serve it fresh but this McDonalds was on point. My fries were fresh & salted, my DBC was hot, juicy and seasoned. lastly my sweet tea was perfect. if I had some extra money I'd definitely tip the workers tonight, great job. read more

"Closed" for business. Lazy! Door locked in the front. Trash can and chairs blocking the entrance from inside the Pilot station. If they were closed they'd have the metal door down. They don't. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Mess in drive-through that took a long time. Told us to wait at an already-filled slot. Waited for 20 min. Finally brought food out asking which car had what and gave us wrong food and attitude (lady in car next to us said that employee is always like that). The absolute worse location I've ever visited. To begin with I got charged .50 for a water cup that is extremely small, to no ice cream, no pies, and NO KETCHUP but if you want a sauce you are gonna get charged for it. The customer service is poor, the service is slow (every time I looked up the guy who was suppose to be behind the counter was busy trying to talk to the girl on who was on break), and I asked for a sweet tea, handed a cup and then went to search for it. After not being able to locate it, I asked the lady where the sweet tea was in which she stuck out her hand to take my cup. I asked about the water and was told that they would fix it for me. My McChicken has just as much mayo as it does chicken. Wish I hadn't stopped here & hope I don't regret this as I push down the road. read more

The absolute WORST location I've ever been to. No customer service, not a single care in the world for any of the employees to do their job. Arrived around 730AM and ordered two sandwiches. After multiple orders had been filled before mine that had arrived AFTER me, I was told that they had to cook the meat for the sandwiches and it would be a few minutes. Fine. Should've mentioned that when I ordered or I would've ordered something else. Finally at 750 I received my order, which was not even warm for "freshly cooked" by the way! Only giving this place a one star because I've got to rate it in order to review it. This McDonald's sucks. Like worse than most McDonald's. This place is so slow! It's at a truck stop So fast service should be a priority. I came up with one person in front of me. I ordered three burgers, one cheese, one completely plain and one double with no cheese, filet of fish and chicken wrap. I also started to order three ice waters but they charge $1 each for small cup. It took 15mins to get my food. I walk out to the truck and two burgers were made wrong. So I went in and told the girl, went to the restroom, stood there and watched them make eight burgers before I said something to the manager. He went back there himself and made them. I was surprised that no free fries were thrown in for making me wait. I even explained that I went to bathroom and watched him make all those other burgers. My 13yr old stood there and waited while I went to the restroom too. Only good thing I can say is it was hot. read more

Went yesterday after driving all day across the state. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I was second car in drive through and was told at the speaker "It will be a moment,please" 15 solid minutes later and I have still not given an order. I backed out of the drive, parked, and went inside. Absolute mayhem inside. 1 cashier, no ice, fries and chicken nuggets scattered all over the kitchen floor behind the counter. Zero smiles from staff and minimal interaction. The cashier looked like she wanted to cry and never looked me in the eye because she was ashamed of her workplace. This place desperately needs a manager. Been eating at McD's for over 45 years and this was my worst experience with service and cleanliness. My food was fine once I finally got it, but my appetite was poor after visiting so I threw most of it away. Never stopping here at this Loves/McDonald's again! read more

Every time we go to this location it's the same story, first we can't hear the speaker, and they can't hear us or so they say. Then we order, and then we sit behind the car in front of us for almost 5 minutes, and then we get to the window and pay, and then we sit another 5 minutes. Before we get our food. Ten minutes for FAST food drive-through is just stupid. Then come up tonight, after placing the order it was 7 minutes to the window, 4 minutes later, they gave us half of our order, 4 minutes later they say, "we just put the last of your meat on the grill", by now the first half was already cold, so we ask them to remake everything. The girl at the window says "wait a minute" then the manager comes over and gets an attitude because of her waste problem, I told her "it wasn't my fault it had taken so long and the food we had had gotten cold, I didn't care about her waste" she throws up her hands and rolls her eyes and grunts, then slams the window. The other girl asked us to pull over. Then another 6 minutes later we finally got our food. This is the most piss poor excuse of a restaurant I've ever seen. I've worked several fast food places, including McDonalds, and if we had ever had the problems this store has had someone would have gotten fired. But this isn't a normal store, this is inside of a Love's truck stop so they go by different rules. including $6 a piece for a Sausage & Egg McGriddle. I told them to keep those, and went to another McDonalds and paid what, $2 each. I will not go back until I know the store is under new management. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever frequented. The place is dirty and the staff are completely disinterested in attending to customers. Both times I have been there, today and back in October of 2018, the conditions were the same. The staff did not appear to care that there was a long line of customers. Several of the people in front of me were complaining their orders were incorrect. I finally just stepped out of line and left. I will never be back. read more

A parent called in a large order for 30 high school baseball team members leaving for state championship this morning and since the order taker didn't get a phone #- the manager told them not to make it.
