I even speak Spanish as I worked in Monterrey and usually when I speak, Spanish speakers really appreciate it - but the looks I was given were daggers. CAVEAT! So maybe it's a language barrier thing? I go to McDs once every few months and this is the closest. When I used to order at the counter, my order was always wrong (so I stopped going for quite some time). HOWEVER, ordering through the kiosk or the app, and it's been correct every time. I DO NOT WORK FOR THE COMPANY, but if this is your location, I'd recommend getting the app. Totally fixed the wrong order problem (3-5 times so far with it this year and no problems) and you get points for free food (and daily deals). It's a McDs, so 4 stars in general is probably higher than it should get. Mcdonalds is legendary. An American staple! When I see the Golden Arches I always get excited. You know exactly what you will get every time and I love that. The Big Mac is my jam and the chicken nuggets are a guilty pleasure. You have to get as much bbq sauce as you can get. I love that stuff. You honestly can't go wrong with any item on the menu. It was Christmas night 2023 and we ordered through Uber eats. We ordered two double cheeseburgers, each of which were ordered in a special way, and two medium french fries. When the food got to us, the burgers were absolutely nothing like we had ordered. I don't know why I stop here anymore. There is always something wrong with my order. I stop on my way home from work when I have left late and am dead tired. How is it possible to screw the order up every time?! I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a double hamburger, and large fries. One of the double cheeseburgers is always plain, just the cheese and the burger nothing else. Get to the drive through window and ask the guy if there is a plain double cheeseburger in the bag. He makes a face and says no and asks for the bag back. He takes one of the double cheeseburgers out and says this has ketchup on it. We go over the order 3 times. He goes to the back and says something to someone and he comes back about 30 sec later and hands me the burger, I take off the top bun and there is no ketchup. Get it home and there is ketchup on the bottom of that burger. Do you know what happens when a kid doesn't like ketchup- they won't eat the burger! So I had to deconstruct the two double cheeseburgers and put them back together to get rid of the ketchup. This is ridiculous! And to add insult to injury this is the most expensive McDonalds in the area more expensive than Manhattan! Just drive a little further and go to Chili's where you can get a higher quality burger and fries with an unlimited drink for $10.99. A quarter pounder with cheese meal at this McDonalds starts at like $11.50. Total rip-off. read more

I give this place a one star because its the lowest I can give. Its a young staff and seems that there is no supervision. Do not come into this store at certain times of day. I LOVED McDonalds food as a little 5 yr old. then in January 2008 while i was in 5th grade, I got the chicken strips and a big mac. As a kid, I was a bottomless pit, and I ate all of it w/o a problem. Then at 3 a.m, I throw it ALL up. For whatever reason, I havent gone to McDonalds to not even get a soda there for about 2 1/2 years. And I can still taste that big mac burger. Plus You've seen the videos about how McDonalds get their meat and chicken and the quality of their food. It is really pink slime,seasonings and other artificial crap mixed to make their burgers. And the "100% chicken nuggets" are bones, fat, organs, and covered w/ breadcrumbs. I always remember these guys pouring on the salt on my fries like theres no tomorrow. Every time I go to a Mall that has a McDonalds, or a McDonalds restaurant in the city, I go in, and take a glimpse at how they cook their food. The burgers arent even made on a grill,(no suprise) they get their fries in a big frozen bag, and they spread whatever crap they have onto the food. This McDonald's unfortunately is the closest to our home. They often get special orders wrong. But at least they are usually prompt and their mobile ordering and curbside pick up are a plus especially during COVID. But today they really missed the mark. Made a mobile order and parked in my numbered spot and waited. Saw the employee come out with several bags and stop at a car by the entrance that was not even parked in a mobile order spot, and give them a large order in a big bag. After a minute or so, she takes it back After delivering a couple of other small orders she finally comes to my car and gives me the bag she had given to the other car. She says the other car told her they were mobile order number 3... even though they were not parked in that spot... I was! I asked her to get me a new order. She goes back in and comes back a few minutes later with "another" big bag. I look at it and notice that the bag was not sealed and that the bag inside with the fries was open. The fries were cold. Obviously not fresh. Just the same bag she gave to the other car.... terrible service... PS - I threw the food out. I didn't feel like going into a crowded McDonald's to argue with the manager. Last visit, i stopped at order station at 330 am and the guy told me to come to last window, two cars in-front of me, i reached last window at 415 am.. i was too hungry this is why i have been waited all the time. When i got there i ordered meal number 2, he said sorry we serve breakfast right now. I said breakfast start at 4 am, isn't? He said yes. I said i have been in the line since 330, and you are the one who told me to come to last window, if you take my order at the first station, you would know that i need number two or you can tell me you have not and i can leave not waiting all this time..
