PARENTS NOTICE- the indoor play structure room is closed and under construction until March'ish 2019. What a bummer. Hope they don't tear it out like Hercules McDs.. we wont go to that one any more in protest. The last time we came here we drove up and paid toll to come let the kids play, and the employees were so desperate to go home they tried to close the indoor playground to clean it up like 1 to 1 5 hours before the posted hours sign said it closed. Very poor quality for a chain fast food place. 95% of my orders here have been incorrect with items left off the ticket or completely missing in the bag. This is especially true of getting it delivered. Every time I order multiple sweet and sour sauces (which dont even get me started on charging me for them, when i usually buy 4 burgers) they will consistently put just 1 in the bag or straight up forget. I order via Doordash often and this time they canceled my order after the app said it had been picked up. The cancelation reason was bc the store was closed. I called and they were open. Today September 21, I had an elderly Family person with me that needs to use a wheelchair. I thought he may be simple to go to McDonald's and get some breakfast in between our doctors appointments. That was a huge mistake.!! For myself being a corporate manager of one of the biggest corporations in United States with over 7000 locations and personally I managed over 75 Customer service is essential to any business. The walk-up register has a VeriFone with a blue screen, which is the payment terminal and the payment terminal is corrupt instead of switching it with the other registers they left that on the main register so all transactions needed to be cash!! The gentleman working the register was doing the best he could to assist everybody. His customer service skills were excellent. after we got our meals, I asked for my English muffin to be extra toasted because they come out like a sponge on a Egg McMuffin. The food is thrown together, loosely, inappropriately, and half cooked. We had three meals and pancakes. They didn't bother to give us any utensils they didn't bother to give us any butter. They didn't bother to give us any syrup. my food was not cooked to order to my liking or the way that I asked for it it was terrible. When I went upfront to talk to the manager, she was a smart ass. She was probably about 28 years old had tattoos up both sides of your arms when I asked her about the utensils and everything she pointed at a sign that is posted on the glass stating that you have to ask for everything so I asked for pepper, butter, syrup, napkins, and utensils. I can only imagine the people that are getting their order. DoorDash good luck!!! She made every excuse in the world to me about the food. When I told her that I asked for the English muffins to be toasted rather than like a sponge she just kind of lift her shoulders her Customer service I give her an F if I was the district manager I would write her up.! The food was the worst that I've ever had at any McDonald's in my life the customer service when I ask the other girl for items they never bother to say how can I help you? It was like you were bothering them they never acted like they were ever taught any manners in the restaurant business they never said thank you you're welcome or anything. I will never eat here, or at McDonald's again under any circumstances the food was cold, unprepared not cooked. It was simple way that we asked to have the muffins toasted. We had no utensils no compassion by the customer service team and the manager. This morning I took my special education students to this location. We arrived at 9:45 and were told the started serving fries at 10 am. They were also out ice cream That was no problem we waited. At 10 am we were told 10:30 was when they started their lunch service. I explained we were told 10am but they didn't budge so we left. I don't go to McDonald's I was just in a rush and super hungry but I'm not going to pay $12 for a tiny fruit and yogurt parfait, orange juice and a pancake meal with pork sausage that I can't eat and a $2 hash brown they won't traid out the sausage for from McDonald's so this just reiterates the fact that McDonald's is a piss poor place to eat it's all GMO trash and they pay their employees mere pence, that is why they are never happy and spit in everyone's food. This Mickey D's is always busy. It's super close to where I live so I see the huge rushes often. The few times I've gone there I've had the worst service in the world.That is the prime reason I stopped going. The kids working there literally hold conversations amongst themselves as they are taking your order. They say things like"oh giirrlll you so lucky you leaving. I still got 3 hours.." um OKay? just take my order... Then immediately after they slide your card they say "CAn I help the next person?" with zero enthusiasm and no thank you. Now the food..it comes out lukewarm. When you say extra pickles..you will get literally...one... extra..... pickle! When you order fries, you get three packages no matter what size you get. When you ask for more, they give you the death stare. did I not get the memo? Is Ketchup now a rare commodity? Can I NOT get more than 3 with my medium fry? oh okay..and the water...comes in the little sundae cups. I have to ask for three in order to finish my meal without getting parched. No..there's nowhere to fill your water cups either! This mickey D's is SO STINGY and the customer service is in the shitter. I do not think that the cashier knows how to calculate. The sausage burritos were $1.19 for 2. That's just the burritos. I made 6 orders of these. Which would mean 12 burritos in total. STILL for $1.19 for 2. The lady there charged me $14.28. That's $2.38 each. NOT $1.19. Then...she proceeded to charge me $2.38 for 2 hash browns. That would mean $1.19 for each hash brown... I am thinking about posting a video on Utube or Facebook of a incident I witnessed today from this McDonald', it involved a elderly handicapped man. its starts off with the restaurant not opening on time and having the customers waiting outside, the elderly man rings the door bell to get the staffs attention, which I can assume that upset the management, because they made him wait even longer. Once the female manager unlocked the door she did not open it for the handicapped gentleman. Long story short once in restaurant the management didn't take any ownership of the rude behavior. Basically if you read some of the prior post for this McDonald's the behavior are consistent with the rude management staff at this location.
