I seldom rate fast food chains, but this In-N-Out Burger was truly a step up from other locations in terms of service, speed and quality. My friends and I stopped by in the evening around 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening and we were surprised that there wasn't a line. After placing our order, our food was ready in around five minutes. I requested extra pickles in my hamburger and they really went to the next level with the pickles -- no skimping here! The burger buns are toasted to perfection, and the burgers are neatly constructed and wrapped. Halfway through our meal, a staff member cleaning the dining room actually casually stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything. This is legitimately the first time this has happened outside of a full service restaurant. Overall, I would not hesitate to stop by this In-N-Out location again. This one is miles better than both the Pinole and Alameda locations I frequently visit. read more

Terrible. Just came from this place. Went inside and waited over a 35 minutes. So many people came and went. We stood directly in front so the young man that took our order could see us. There was absolutely no follow up from him or any of the staff. Terrible customer service and execution. I requested and received a refund. None of them apologized for the inconvenience or anything. I came to California and of course I had to try In N Out. I have to compliment the restaurant on their consistent menu,food and cleanliness of their restaurants. I was warmly welcomed and provided with a pleasant person which made the service a nice experience. The food was fresh and presented very well. I had a little bit of a issue when my burger was made incorrectly. I came back, and after showing my recipt they remade my burger correctly and a person named Maya brought out the replacement with great energy and a smile. Okay, another place where I don't have a review?!?! Quality/Quantity - If you are following, you know... road trip. My go-to snack when traveling... And our go-to cheeseburgers, one with raw onions and one with grilled onions. See pictures. Atmosphere - Be safe. Warning signs as you enter to make sure you lock your car and to NOT leave any valuables... So again, we decided to take our orders to go. Also see our LV Vietnamese Pho and Sandwiches review for the next day. There was a disturbed person in the mens room... I did not understand a word he said. Then he came out and laid down on the bench so NO one could sit; not that anyone would want to sit next to him. The bench was right in front of the cashiers, and not one person said anything... On the way to wine country, we stop here as soon as we get off the plane. Not my ritual, but my daughters , who insisted I tag along. I never had one before and I'm game for anything. Double double with grilled onions and green chilies. Yum. The young people at the counter were courteous, polite and friendly and could not have been more helpful to this In and Out newbie. Nicer even than Chick Fil A employees. Never thought I'd say that! Star of the meal was the lady who was in the front of the house who took your trays and helped with anything you might need. What a gem she was. I tried to get her name but the phone number was just a corporate number so they couldn't help me. Hopefully they see this and recognize her. Location was alright, the food is always good, and the service was smooth. The only concern was the person taking the money who seemed to be in a flow so when they asked me how I was they went straight into my order and didn't give me a chance to respond or talk. They need to fix their parking lot or have someone making sure people don't cut the 20+ people in line because there's an intersection interrupting the line. Literally waited 45+ minutes in my car, couldn't pull up yet because you're letting people use the intersection, and someone just drives in ignoring all the headlights and honks behind them. They did make the woman pull over and wait a bit to get her food while continuing to serve those who had been waiting, but still. They need to fix this. There's no way they made her wait almost an entire hour, the way we all had to. I get it's not the employees, they were very kind, but management needs better regulation on this. read more

Not a lot of good things to say about this In-N-Out. It is hands down the slowest and least efficient location we have been to and it's clearly tied to the amount of chit chat amongst the staff. There's been little-to-no line during my visit and it has taken almost 20 minutes to get out 10 orders. Maybe a part of this review is hanger but the wait is legit. Going on almost 30 minutes at this point and counting. It's been so long that I wanted to get our order cancelled but wifey gets what wifey wants. Also to be fair, the cashier is training but there's been hardly anybody in line. On a positive note, there's lots of parking and not a ton of customers. Except they still somehow manage to operate so slowly. This is my first and last visit to this location. Do better. read more

I have been to In-N-Outs all over California and Nevada. Not once have I ever had a negative experience (except waiting in long lines ). The food is always great, service is always great and a clean environment is the standard no matter what In-N-Out you dine at. As a resident of AC I was excited to hear my neighboring city would be opening an In-N-Out. I was also worried the service and quality would suffer as Vallejo has a way of wearing down businesses. To my delight, my multiple visits to this In-N-Out location in Vallejo have all been wonderful. Whether it is a late night excursion, early lunch or midday treat, all experiences are never a disappointment. Today I asked for the manager. Kevin greeted me and I shared with him, how to my pleasure, the staff are always polite, friendly, patient and the food quality is always on point! While sitting at our table, we had several staff members clean the surrounding tables and pick up garbage to make sure they kept everything clean and sanitary. I appreciate the pride the staff at this location take in their jobs and look forward to my next visit. read more

Grab a burger and get your window broken. This is the vallejo combo in and out serves. Drivers beware, it takes these thieves 30 seconds to smash, grab, and drive off. The employee who should receive recognition for her friendly attitude is Nui. The staff at In-N-Out are usually courteous and upbeat and that's why it's always a treat to buy food here. The interior is clean and well maintained unlike other fast-food establishments. First of all, In-N-Out is an amazing burger restaurant chain I love and go to often, sometimes daily to this day, EXCEPT at this newer location in Vallejo, CA. I found a hair in my food, which has never happened to me at any In-N-Out location before--and I've been to multiple In-N-Outs in every single county in California. I know what to expect, and this was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the lack of line management allowed people to cut ahead, something I've never experienced at any other location. This level of service is disappointing and far below the standard I've come to associate with In-N-Out. I will still continue to eat at In-N-Out, but not this location in Vallejo, CA, ever again. We are so hooked on the burgers at In & Out Burgers. We never go through the drive thru, but go inside for dine in. This place reminds us of the great burger joints from back in the 60s & 70s, where the bun was toasted and the shakes were creamy instead of icy. The servers are friendly and helpful. The inside dining is so nostalgic and welcoming. The greatest thing is their prices. I recommend bringing the entire family. The kids will love it. read more

Classic place to get a some quality fast food! I usually get their hamburger, which is the simplest burger on their menu, and it never misses. The combination of the lettuce, tomato, and signature sauce is one of my favorite parts of the burger. I like to order mine with fresh raw onions, but it seems they also offer the option for grilled onions which I found out about recently. Minus one star because the quality of the fries is inconsistent each time. Sometimes they're cooked nicely, but other times the fries get starchy which I can't stand the texture of.
