I work nearby so this is my go to location on many mornings and lunch breaks. I've been coming since they opened. I have to say lately the exceptional, polite customer service they strive to provide hasn't been so pleasant by many of the employees. I do have to give kudos to Michael. He's always consistently pleasant and extremely helpful and you can tell he's there to provide a wonderful experience. On one of my visits I ordered a coffee frost. I saw it sitting out melting away while I was three cars back. I expressed I saw it sitting out. He immediately asked for it to be remade. You have no idea how much that was appreciated. When we returned to the restaurant, instead of being understanding, the staff acted as though we were lying--even after I showed the receipt and a photo of our meal at home. Once they finally gave us the missing nuggets, there was no apology or acknowledgment. On top of that, while waiting, we witnessed staff joking around instead of working. So I ordered the spicy chick-fil-a cool wrap (with avocado lime dressing- it was delicious), the chicken Tortilla Soup (with Tortilla strips- smelled better than it tasted) and a fruit parfait (so cool and tasty).
