First of all, the people who work here are very kind and fast with their service. Their food was so so fresh and yummy. Fries were piping hot, so was the chicken and beef patties, and the produce wasn't all mushy like most places are. Seriously, we had to check with the staff twice before we got the chicken nuggets that we ordered. As we stood at the counter, multiple employees just ignored us and didn't even bother to ask if we needed anything. I placed my order online waited 10 months after I came here and waited for 20 minutes while my order still was not ready. I was told that even though there was four people that had ordered after me that they got their orders first because they were smaller orders I wasn't even acknowledged and the lady at the counter. My order was 26 piece chicken nuggets, a happy meal and two cheeseburgers .Mary provided horrible customer service she ran the cashier station and did not acknowledge my presence once while I sat there and patiently quietly waited. read more

I ordered using the app to pick up curbside. Afternoon waiting another 5 min, another customer pulled into curbside parking. We waited & waited. After 15 min. the other guy went inside to get his food. He was followed out by someone bringing my food. They had forgotten our orders. I was missing fries & my coffee. I went inside. They gave me my coffee, but I watched as 7 drive-thru orders were handed out, over 10 min... all with fries. Finally, after flagging down the guy, he brought me a half full order of fries. I told him my food was cold. From the time it was ordered to that very minute... it had been 37 minutes. He just shrugged and said they were busy. I just took my half filled fries and cold food and left. When I got home, I realized my coffee was only partially filled, too. And my sandwiches were stone cold. I emailed customer service and they said they'd pass it on to the franchise owner, but I've never heard back. They obviously don't care about their customers. So, I won't return. read more

We went to the McDonald's on Hwy 99 and 129th it was was worst Big Mac when I open the box it looked like the person making the burger just tossed everything in the box it was a mess. First of all, I ordered two sundaes. One strawberry and one hot fudge. They were very skimpy on the ice cream and out of hot fudge. I made a comment "out of hot fudge?", to which the girl replied "yeah". After some short pondering I took the sundae back up to the front and asked "are these supposed to look like this"? A different girl remade them. The restaurant is dirty. Trash on floor, tables not wiped, and the bathroom garbage was so full that it was spilling onto the floor. Do not eat here! I wish I would have checked reviews before ordering. I ordered a simple sausage egg n cheese biscuit and they mistakenly put the fried egg on the sandwich instead of the folded egg so I brought it in to have the sandwich replaced and to my horror I watched the person "cooking " take apart the sandwich I gave them and say we cant waste things and was going to wrap it back up in the same paper when one of his coworkers said he needed to put fresh paper on it; as I was watching this I told the manager standing in front of me I wanted a fresh sandwich. The food was very good but what struck me the most was the kindness and politeness of the kids working. I only use the drive-thru. I get breakfast here a lot. Service has been fast despite long drive-thru lines. Orders have been correct. Be ready to repeat your order until they get it right, I don't think they can hear the mic very well. Due to the funky location, it's difficult to get in/out the cramped drive-thru. read more
