OK, 4 stars relative to McDonald's not as a cuisine as a whole. I haven't eaten at a McDonald's for years. Surprised to see mostly in-app or kiosk ordering. I got the app and saw a special for only $5. xx for a medium fry, drink, and choice of nuggets or Big Mac and maybe a third choice. Good deal! I chose the Big Mac. To get this deal, a QR code appeared. I didn't see at any kiosk to scan this and actually didn't see anywhere to scan this. An employee came to my aid and did the transaction at the (abandoned) register, so that was good, attentive service. To my surprise, the Big Mac came out picture perfect. My recollection of getting a Big Mac at McDonald's was that the lettuce looked like it exploded, the patty and buns were skeewampus--just a mess. This one was actually perfect. So...large is now "medium." The size of the fries and drink were what used to be the large size some years ago. Quality of the food is the same. The fries still give a weird after taste when you eat a fry and then take a drink of pop. This happened years ago when they abandoned using lard because of the falsehood that it was bad for you and switched to a worse yet alternative of a vegetable oil. McD's fries used to be the best on the planet. Used to be. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. We ordered to our table and it never came 15 minutes later. I checked on it and it was waiting at the front with our table number. The only time this has happened at a McDonald's. There has been a spill of milk and French fry's in the kids area for 45 minutes. Of course it's packed, a kid is here for her birthday. Very cute! read more

The WORST McDonald's in the entire world...period. Absolutely horrible food, order accuracy....‍

We had an online order to pick up from the drive-through and when we got to the drive-through they said we needed to come in because it wasn't showing up on the system, when we got inside a lady came up to help us and we told her what was going on, she looked up the code and told us that it wasn't showing up in their system and then she just walked away so we waited a minute and someone else came up and asked if we needed help and we told him what was going on and again he looked it up and said the same thing and he went to the lady we talked to before to see what to do and she just said that there was no online orders in their system for us. I understand it's not their fault that it wasn't showing up in their system but they didn't even try and help. read more

It's hard to get any service to order anything. You have a very long wait just to get help and then you have to holler to get help. It takes 20 minutes to get a sweet tea. Nobody was doing the counter so everybody had to wait just to get help and then before that you had to yell ask for help then you got it with attitude. read more

Arrived at 10:20 for breakfast. No one was working the counter so went to order from kiosk. Two of four broken. Was 1/2 way through order when it locked up. Went up to counter and waited for someone to come up. When she got there and I placed my order, she said they were not serving breakfast anymore. That it ended at 10:30. The time was 10:32. Went to micky Dee's at 12:30 p.m for a quick breakfast combo... There were many cars in the d.t, I got in line and the wait wasn't too bad, ordered an eggmcmuffin combo, paid got to the window and got my beverage..was asked to pull forward, I 1st asked for some picante sauce then happily pulled forward. It was a 12 minute wait for them to bring out my food, I checked the bag and there wasn't any picante? The friendly girl walked back in and got it. Got home (5 minutes) and got the food out.. The reason stated for pulling me forward by the guy at the window was "So that we can cook your food fresh" The English muffin was so dried out and stale that the circumference was basically like a crunchy crouton, the center was tough & chewy.. I made a mobile order and picked up curdside. Immediately they brought me the wrong order as soon as I pulled up, no biggie. I let the employee kindly know that it wasn't my order and she tried to argue with me. Still not a big deal. I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes. Another lady pulled into curbside pick up after these 20 minutes went inside and immediately came back out with her order. I had to walk inside to get my order after I'd spoken to an employee and checked in on the app 20+ minutes prior. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items. Normal food for McDonalds, but lots of issues. 1) They are very very slow. Think they put priority on drive thru and leave dine in people hanging. This is the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. 2) They have the electronic menu ordering kiosks, but 80% of the time it doesn't take your credit card and you just have to go to the human cashier. 3) Many of the seats are torn or broken. 4) Many times their fountain drink is out of order on one or more flavors. read more

This brand new McDonald's is very nice instead with modern decorations and a earthy color palette of browns and greens. During our visit in Vernal we were hungry, it was Sunday, and we didn't have a lot of options. So we stopped at the always reliable golden arches. I've taken to eating at McDonald's a lot more recently than I should be. I'm hooked on their new Frozen Strawberry Lemonades and on a hot summer day they are a temptation I find hard to resist. With a lemonade in hand I most often will also be tempted to get something to eat too, my favorite is the dollar menu spicy chicken sandwich or when I'm hungrier the crispy chicken club is great too. Like them, love them or hate them McDonald's serves up some tasty food that's cheap and convenient and sometimes that's exactly what I want. read more

This is thee most disgusting horrible place in the Basin. They should be ashamed. We went on a Sunday at 11 am. We literally were the only people inside aside from another family eating at the table. The teenager that took our order was rude and very incompetent from the get go!!! Their Co2 was out, understandable. So no sodas big deal. But it took over 20 minutes before I went to the counter to ask where our simple order was. All I was told was they were sorry and understaffed, yet everyone in the drive thru was being helped left and right. Waited another 5 mins to be told the same thing. This place is so bad I don't know where to begin. The most noticeable thing at first is the noise. There were about 10 employees "working" there, and most were shouting, yelling, goofing off, and posturing. One of them was actually standing there humming a song and twirling like a ballerina. We managed to find one of them finally willing to take our order (there are kiosks, but none of them worked), and 2 big macs, fries, one drink, and two hot fudge came to over $15. Fast food maybe, but not cheap. Didn't have to wait long but took quite a while to find a semi-clean table (there are no clean tables). Wiped a table, sat down and realized they didn't give us our sundaes. The cardboard fries weren't hot anyway, so I went back and tried to corner one of the hyper kids and asked for our sundaes. I got a blank stare, she moved around a bit, and got busy with something else. I caught the eye of another person, asked her and she asked someone else to do it. I lost track of who was going to actually do it. In the meantime, the lady who I think was the shift manager told everybody to stop taking orders for ice cream products because the machine was down. After 10 minutes I literally gave up and went back to my cold meal featuring dry big macs with tasteless hamburger. My wife gave it a try, and 3 minutes later she was back with 2 cups of ice cream with fudge topping that looked like they had taken spoonfuls and scraped it along the top of the clear plastic thing they put on them. This is without a doubt the worst-run food business of any type that I have ever seen. I am actually quite easy to please, and am very slow to complain. You should have seen the other customers that had problems (most everybody). Stay away, you've been warned. read more
