The food is not that great, it is almost 90% wrong out of all the times we have ordered. Service is okay . The place is dirty most of the time . Like I've seen the same spill on the floor 2 days in a row . Tables always greased up and ketchup splats. Flys that are so annoying. I realize this is McDonald's, but I had issues two days in a row. The first day, someone was helped in the outer lane first even though I was sitting in the inside lane waiting to order before they were. Once ordered, I pulled to the window to pay and my order wasn't on their screen. The associate didn't offer to enter it at that point, so I left. Decided to give it another try on Day 2 and I ordered a #1 egg McMuffin meal. When I got to the window they had taken down just the sandwich, not the meal. I was told there are a lot of problems with orders in the outside lane because staff is distracted. read more

Always clean and the staff are very pleasant. The playplace is a good way for kids to get excersize on cold winter days. Brought my kids here one day to give my pregnant wife a break and bought them a hamburger and nuggets. One of the managers (I think his name was George) threw in two Happy Meal toys just to be nice. He probably thought it was no big deal, but I was touched by the gesture. read more

Terrible drive thru service after 9 pm. Twice this week I went for a hot fudge sundae and the person taking my order was definitely not pleasant. I got asked "what do you want" in a very annoyed type tone and then was told the hot fudge wasn't "working" so I could have strawberry or plain. I said let's try plain and then was told again the hot fudge wasn't working. I slowly and sternly repeated about the plain. They rattled off my total as if totally inconvenienced. I tried again last night before 12 sat in the drive thru for a good 5 min and this same person cam on and said "we're closed". Worst experience ever. We waited 25 minutes for our food as several other people asked for their money back because these folks have no clue what they are doing. Another man had to get a refund because they sold him something they ran out of. We ended up getting our food to go because we ran out of time. The food we ended up FINALLY getting was so salty and gross that I think I would have rather eaten a salt block. If you are looking for "fast food", this McDonald's is NOT the one. Food was good and fairly fast. Temp inside building was freezing. Why not turn the a/c down ? They actually had the fireplace on trying to heat the place up. Had to go outside to warm up. Seems like most McDonald's have poor managers. read more

Drove to the left side of the drive thru service. Was never acknowledged by an employee. Meanwhile someone drove up to the right side, placed their order, and were on their way. Waited awhile longer and finally gave up, despite yelling "HELLO?" three times. Finally parked and went inside. Service inside was also rude, was ignored for about a minute despite no line. Let me just tell you!! I went to the Verona Mcdonalds while I came to visit my kids and grandkids, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the people there. They did not look friendly and where slouching, the shirts looked like they where worn for a week, they weren't smiling and they just weren't welcoming. I go up to order my food and they didn't know what they where doing they kept asking me to repeat or they would say they can't make it at the time so after about 3 minutes of ordering my food I go sit down and wait and wait and wait. I go up to see what's taking so long alongside like 5 other people when I noticed that you can see some of the people making the sandwich's and they weren't wearing any gloves!! YUCK! I ask to see the manager and this lady came out I asked for a refund and she said we can't do refunds would you like something else. At that point after 25 min of waiting and ordering and arguing I just left. This McDonald's is the slowest at getting food out to the customer. Ever time, it's at least a 5 minute wait for food regardless the time of day. Today's wait for a value meal was 10 minutes. I can't wait for the Arby's to open here. read more
