The drive through in the morning is way too slow. Just to have orders incorrect and over charged. I think I will cook at home from now on...

Usually I save my reviews for mom & pop or private businesses and I'm usually not this harsh... However, take note... Service: McSucked (Young lady at the register had no sense of urgency and tried to give us drinks half full. To busy talking to her friends rather than concentrating on her job. The whole staff was joking around and there were several customers at the counter complaining and getting orders fixed as well. One complaining customer stated that her sandwich was supposed to have "Lettuce and Mayo". The guy she talked to yelled back, I need a [whatever her sandwich was] with Mayo and Mayonnaise... TWICE. This place was a joke. Food: McSucked (Under cooked fries, over cooked chicken sandwich and nuggets, under cooked Quarter Pounder) Cleanliness: McSucked (Couldn't find a clean table in the place. Oh my god they need management training. Inconceivably slow. There were four women in the front horsing around and taking one order. When the food was brought out they would take another order. I haven't seen a poorer run McD's. I waited 15 minutes and there were only four in front of me. It was a beautiful and clean (must be new) spot, but the service should be avoided at all costs. read more

Yo, fools, how are you going to sell me a burger with no meat? That is messed up to pull your sandwich out of the bag, then see everything on your Bacon Smokehouse BUT the meat. I can't believe someone back there disregarded one of the essential ingredients to a burger. No meat means no burger. It wasn't even busy. What a joke. If there's a next time I'll make sure to place my order and end it by saying, "Hey, make sure you include the meat for my burger." Thank you for displaying incredible incompetence. Now that McDonald's has a "everything made to order" push, pretty much anything you order they are going to have you pull off to the side and wait. The person in front of me had to pull off to the side to wait on their fries. All I wanted was a quarter pounder and now that the meat is made to order I had to pull off the side and wait for my plain cheeseburger. This place sucks butthole. I went thru the drive thru on a Tuesday and around 1am, waited 30 f***in minutes to finally get to the second window! As I waited once again at the second window I could hear some of the staff including the manager yelling across the restaurant into the dining room (which should be closed by this time) at his friends making jokes to each other and clownin around. Why do you have friends in the dining room anyways? This ain't no hangout spot for you and your friends! I ordered a 20 piece nuggets and fries, I got home ready to feed my kids and more than half of the nuggets weren't cooked all the way and the fries tasted like they have been sitting for hours (not fresh). Don't come here unless you like uncooked food and old french fries! I would rate this 0 stars if yelp had the option. Waited 20 minutes in line at the drive thru for my mobile order and then was told they are no longer accepting any orders at all. Would've loved to know that before waiting that long. So McDonald's is McDonald's. When you go into one of the restaurants, what you really want is for the food to not be messed up and to be what you have come to expect over the years. The food at this McDonald's is as good as Ive had at any other McDonald's, but the vibe of this restaurant is something special. The place was clean, the decor is nice, and the seating is comfortable. The highlight, however, was Dwayne, who took my order and brought my food out to me. He was professional, he was engaged, and he put a smile on my face at the end of a really rough day. Little blessings like him make all the difference, and he is a credit to this establishment. Place is trash! I pulled in and order multiple things that were not on the menu but instead of saying what they don't have they continued to just say "we don't have that" it got really frustrating. Not only that but I was told to pull up waiting on my order and only brought out 1 item out of the 7 I ordered! The girls in the drive through were slow and rude when responding, I expected courteous service but was disrespected. Was sitting in second drive through for ten minutes. Got annoyed because lady said in annoying voice be right with you. Then all the new cars driving up to the first lane were getting the orders taken when I was there before. Then I yelled can I order and in this annoying half ass voice can I take your order as if she was doing absolutely nothing. This McDonald's always gets orders wrong. The attitude sucks and the quality control is ridiculous. Only thing close to my house thou. Also I asked if cookies are ready cause I have to go to work if they weren't ready I wouldn't order them she says yes but then I'm waiting yet again for dam oatmeal cookies when I asked for that specific reasoning. Went through the drive thru. The greeting was friendly but the real person taking the order lacked any enthusiasm. Had to repeat my order twice, then paid and she didn't even say thank you. Got my food at the next window and the service seemed rushed, not very friendly staff. They weren't busy so they can't use that as an excuse. The food was ok. read more

I am not going to lie, I am not a huge fan of McDonald's. Not a fan of most fast food, but last night I was in a hurry and ran in and grabbed some quick eats. First off, the customer service in this location was reallt good. The girl working the register was cheerful and helpful. Very pleasant. The food came out quickly and it was nice and hot. I would also like to note that it was very clean. The kids loved the fact that some tables had iPads on them so they could play some games. All in all, if you like McDonald's or just need a quick bite, I recommend this location. read more

The bathroom was very nasty there were puddles of pee on the ground toilet paper everywhere. it was just plain out nasty.

What can you expect from McDonald's. We tried this place twice and both time we had horrible service. The clerk that was taking our order was so slow we had three cars go through the other drive through while we sat at the other one waiting. Are you serious? Service is wack! Oh man where do i start?! I go there almost every morning at 7 and lunch time around 1. Every time i go i get shitty service. All the employees are rude. Lines wrapped around the building thinking they are so busy but come to find out they are very slow. I thought it was fast food but this isnt fast at all. Usually in the am i get a large unsweet tea and 2 sausage burritos. Not hard right?! Well they manage to mess up with the tea and give me sweet and the burritos are cold and rock hard. Of course me i will call and complain and have them replace it the next day. Lunch time i usually get a cheeseburger plain extra cheese and a small fry, again not hard at all. Well i end up with a cheeseburger with no extra cheese (and i pay for it) or not even plain at all and fries thats either cold or looking like someone ate some before putting it in my bag. When i call...not to complain but to tell them what they did wrong i get attitudes telling me i can come back for a replacement. Ok happy for that but when i go in and say im getting my replacement meal i get rolled eyes and attitudes to my face. My opinion i would avoid this place but i still get suckered to go because it very convenient since i work next door. I will be happy when i dont have to visit this place again! read more

Saw a guy walk in the restaurant who did not smell the best. He was wearing pajama pants and flip flops. When he walked behind the counter, into the kitchen, and started cooking (without washing his hands), everyone in line was grossed out. Not to mention the manager needed to get her act together. She spent more time complaining and yelling out wrong orders. There was one guy in the back who had dreads or braids and I felt really bad for him.
