Saturday Oct 17 . Came to this store around 2pm and the drive thru was backed up to start. We ordered paid and did not get our entire order. No biggie. I enjoy coming to this McDonald's. It's my snow day/ power outage go to place for a quick bite. My kids have been coming here since they were small, we've had many a play date, and now a place for their friends to hang out for a snack. Tried their McRib for the first time, not bad. Mcchicken and cheeseburgers are classics along with the fries. We also tried the seasonal pumpkin pie, really tasty. We look forward to the absolute best ever holiday pie!!! Can't wait! Tonight the employees were great, kind, enthusiastic, helpful, and accommodating. They take your order then bring over the food when it's ready. The food was fresh. The fish sandwich was nice and hot. They redid the dining room. It's quite different but I like it. The dining are is fairly small, not tons of seating, but it's modern, fun, and inviting. I have never experienced such a rude staff in my entire life. Every. Single. Time. They are short, no pleasantries, sometimes don't even bother to speak and just throw the food at you. It's honestly unbelievable. I will drive an extra couple miles to avoid these horrible humans. read more

walk in to see literal trash being thrown in the kitchen and when I ask for info to file complaint I was repeatedly asked what the problem was instead of letting me know who to speak with. We really need some adult supervision in that place after school for the staff that works there, seems to be more of a hangout then a job for all the children in the back. figured I would post here so at least someone would see it. POS system has been down for almost a week. Making the lines increasingly longer with every single car that's coming in. Not only that since when did breakfast stop at 10:45? When I'm having to wait in a line for almost 10 minutes just to even start my order and even then my order was already made inline ahead of time! Also if your not looking closely enough you'll notice that some of the prices are actually very different compared to other locations no more they 2 miles apart from each other. read more

I tried using the mobile app to order, it kept saying "error on our end" then I noticed I was missing all my points when I had thousands, checked my bank and it charged me for every app error and took my points. Used the contact page the only reply I got was "case closed" a week later. Never going here or using their app. It took a few hundred dollars and lost my points while never getting a order in. read more

Food is almost always wrong at this location and it's always at worst times. I've gotten my order wrong from here over 10 times, its always the same person rushing you through your order and frankly probably one of the worst ones ran. Typed all of this while sitting here waiting for over 20 mins for a simple menu item we've gotten at other locations at a timely pace. My son from Texas who is here in Michigan visiting went to this McDonald's on Cooley Lake Road this morning and ordered a medium sugar free vanilla cappuccino, a hash brown and a breakfast burrito and the bill came to over $7.00. He was floored. He got to the window and asked to have the hash brown removed. Just removing the hash brown brought the bill down to approximately $5.27. The lady's response when he asked her to remove the hash brown was rude. She responded as if the loss was coming from her pocket. When I was given my sugar free vanilla cappuccino it felt very light, I then carefully tried to take a sip of it and soon realized I was being careful for no reason because the cappuccino was lukewarm, so I took the top off to see inside and couldn't believe my eyes, not only was the cappuccino Luke warm but it was missing about a third of the cappuccino. I'm guesstimating I had about 4 ounces or less of cappuccino and from the looks of the suds about a half of a cup of them and the suds had dwindle down to nothing and intertwined with the lukewa cappuccino. I immediately called McDonald's and told the lady who answered the phone all about my problem and without an apology she told me to come back in and she'd replace it. I told her that I would come back but I wanted my money back. She said ok. I'm so glad I didn't get another one. I took one tiny sip from that cup of cappuccino and the after taste in my mouth is yucky from that one tiny taste. It's a chemical taste that is lingering around on my tongue and roof of my mouth. Two thumbs down for McDonald's sugar free vanilla cappuccino. My son went to Speedway and bought me a large sugar free vanilla cappuccino for $1.79 and it's delicious! read more

Waited 10+ minutes in a line with 4 cars. when I got my food after waiting about 15 minutes total the fries were cold, and wet salt lined the box of my fries and the my dr pepper was flat. They need to replace the syrup for their dr pepper hire more staff and learn how to get a line moving. And warm fries wouldn't hurt. The boy who gave me my food gave me a weird look didn't say anything except "have a nice day" and immediately closed the window. Very good food and my friends and I come here very often. The staff is usually very kind and takes our orders quickly and getting us our food in good time. I've never received the wrong order or had any problems. Ever since they added the second drive through lane, the drive through has been much slower than previously. When the place is crowded the young cashiers try their best to serve everyone in a timely matter. If there is a lot of children in the play place, it often gets very loud. Overall a clean and modern McDonald's with great food. read more

This Mcdonalds never seems busy and I don't eat a lot of fast food, but when I do this is where I go. The service is always very friendly and quick and the food is hot and tasty. Absolutely horrible experience today!!! I have been going here for over 10 years but today just blew my mind. The middle aged female employee who has been there for a long time should know how to treat a paying customer. First, she just stood mute at her register fiddling with unwrapping some drink cups but doesn't bother with the typical greeting, "hi, can I help you?" or at least a "what can I get you?" Hell, she didn't even bother with a cold hearted autobot "will this be for here or to go?"!!! After waiting, I politely asked if she could take my order......which she actually replied to by saying, "I was waiting on you" WOW! REALLY?!?!? So I just let that slide and give her my order....which she keeps repeating it incorrectly..... Then, to top off this entirely bad experience, she says not once, but TWICE, in a very criticizing tone that I shouldn't be ordering food here for my dog......EVEN WHEN I TOLD HER HE WAS BEING SPOILED WITH A FINAL MEAL!!! Then after I call the manager over the offensive employee flat out lies that she didn't say it!!!! After requesting my money to be refunded, I told the manager to go back and look at the video recording to see how the employee lied...TWICE!!!! Five star rating simply on the niceness of the late night staff. Sure, it's still McDonald's food which tastes like McDonald's food pretty much anywhere you go. BUT, we arrived near closing on a Friday night (10/19/18) and were greeted with a very receptive welcome from the guy trying to clean up. I made a $45 order, among the order were 2 burgers add cheese only ketchup. The person taking the orders typed it in correctly, I physically saw it. Then they started removing and adding to my order but I assumed they got everything correct. Well, they didn't. My kids got their sandwiches and started telling me to eat it because they had pickles and onions on them. So I asked them and they said there was nothing like that, so then I asked for my receipt which they then gave me. They typed it wrong and the girl at the window was telling me I didn't say what I said even though I DID. They wouldn't even take their two messed up cheeseburgers back. If you have little kids that refuse to eat pickles or onions or sauce or whatever, don't eat here. I'm never buying anything from this store again. This McDonald's is not getting anymore money from me. $45 order, wanna lose a customer over you mistyping my kids 2 cheeseburgers. read more

Our food was given to the customer infront of us. He came back and got his correct food and they gave us our food that the other customer had opened without replacing anything. This is my first time writing a review on a "fast food" place. This is right by my house, I go all the time. Lately it's been a sh*t show. I get 3, 6 piece mighty kids meals. 4 times! 4 times they have forgotten French fries or chicken nuggets. The 4th time I called. I got so sick of it. I asked for a manager she was very friendly told me she was sorry and gave me 2 meals for free and a dessert. Gave me a number and wrote down my name on a list (she said)... supposedly. So now a couple days later I went in to get them the person says your name isn't on here and someone else's name is in that spot and its not for might kids meals. Ok then so a manager comes and I got 2 kids meals and bought the 3rd. Wasn't even going to try with the dessert. I just wanted out of there. Just ridiculous. Absolutely THE WORST McDonalds I've EVER been to! Went through the drive thru at about 11:45pm ordered fries, coffee, cookies and a mocha McFrappe. Pulled over and parked in there lot to talk to my husband. My husband opens his coffee lid and it's not full, I take a sip of my frappe and it's like WATER! Usually I just suck it up when McDonalds screws up my order but my husband trying to be a knight in shining armor offered to get me a new one. We went back to the drive through window and told the lady it was runny. The girl at the drive thru gave us the biggest attitude and said there's nothing I can do about it. My husband asked her to return it so she said ok, took the drink and disappeared. A minute later the manager (Dan) came to the window very angry and REFUSED to make a new one, give us the drink back OR refund our money!!! When my husband tried to reason with him he said I'm only going to tell you once leave or i will call the police FOR TRESPASSING!!! I am in total shock! Never had this happen to me anywhere before! The police came and we made a report. Additionally, as luck would have it we have it all on recording as we were discussing matters regarding our small business prior to the return. Easily the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds restaurant. I think I have MAYBE complained once about an experience, never at this location. But tonight I went through the drive thru around 9:45pm. I was a manager for a McDonalds years ago, I left in 2006, but unless the standards have changed drastically, this was beyond unacceptable. I was in the drive thru well over 90 seconds, closer to 5 minutes. When I finally got to the second drive thru window, the team member did not smile. He silently handed me a drink. I asked for ketchup with my order, and there was sweet n sour on my order that I saw on the drive thru screen when I ordered, so I know it was on a receipt. I was parked, told they were waiting on chicken nuggets. A couple minutes later, the silent drive thru employee walked up to my car and asked what my order was, verifying twice that I was not the customer who ordered 2 20 piece nugget meals (which I was not). He then came back with my food and apologized for the wait. I was not upset at that point. Then I looked in the bag, no sauce, no ketchup. Coming off a 13 hour work day managing my own restaurant and it's absolutely freezing, I did not want to get out of my car. But I turned it off and went inside. The manager (who I later learned when I called the store was named Justin) did not say a word, just looked at me. So I told him I was just parked in the drive thru, had asked for sweet n sour and ketchup and did not have either. He snatched the bag off the counter and threw in ketchup and sauce in a fairly angry manner, then handed me the bag and said "sorry," then walked away without so much as another word. I left, then was so upset I called to complain. The manager told me "I tried to apologize but you stormed out." At that point, I began to argue and he told me, "ma'am, if you want to act like this, screw you," and hung up the phone on me. Upon arriving home, I had cold food and chicken nuggets so hard that they were almost impossible to bite into, which is ridiculous as I was asked to park because they were waiting on fresh nuggets. I had no napkins in the bag and no straw for a drink. I ended up throwing the food away because I couldn't even eat it. Waste of time and money, I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more
