My daughter visited this location today because she had an issue with the app charging her twice. She simply asked the manager for help, but the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of her answering a simple question that my daughter had she acted annoyed and unreasonable. The lack of basic respect and customer service (especially from a manager is very disappointing). Went to take advantage of the special offer of Dave's single hamburger for a dollar. I wanted to order two. They told me that you can only get that special offer if you use the Wendy's app. Wendy's app wouldn't let me order two of them on the same check out went round and round spent 20 minutes trying to work the app. Finally talked to one of the managers and who said they know nothing about it don't know how to operate the app and the only way to get the special order is to order it on the app otherwise you have to pay full price. Exceptional staff !!!!! I went through there tonight and it was slow going at first. I have been a customer since this location first opened so it happens occasionally. As I moved forward, I saw a note on the speaker asking us to be patient as they were extremely understaffed. THANKS FOR LETTING US KNOW!!!! Today I went to this location and ordered the spicy chicken combo and specifically asked for the sandwiches and the fries to be made fresh and be extra hot. I have tried this Wendy's multiple times over the years because it is the closest to me. But every time I go through the drive-thru there is a lady who I'm assuming is the manager because whenever she hands out the food at the window she is seen wearing the manager uniform, and she always has the worst attitude. She is never polite, always barking back at customers and you can hear her three cars down the line from the intercom. The same goes for the other members of the staff, it's never been a pleasant interaction when I come up. I ordered a medium meal and they gave me a small meal and when I asked if it was a medium they just looked at me with no response. I was never given my receipt or told to have a good day and just shooed away from the window. This isn't the first time it's happened either, where they give out the wrong food or size and refuse to change it (even when I said I'd pay the difference). Aside from The incompetent staff and their manager, when the lobby and eating area was open it was always a mess and the bathrooms were never clean. Inside they weren't pleasant either, still carrying on their attitudes from the window to the register. If I could give this Wendy's a zero star I would. It just sucks because they're in a very convenient place and the outside looks really welcoming. I can't keep downsizing it to "maybe they're just having a bad day" when it seems like everyday is their bad day. read more

This place is an absolute shit hole with very low class workers. Employees don't get orders right, they are rude, with the exception of a few young men that are actually very pleasant. Most are terrible, and enjoy making immature scenes in front of customers....more concerned with making jokes than helping customers. I was also told there by a chubby female employee that I ordered something wrong when I certainly did not, I requested a menu item and then when I inquired about it she said no, you didn't order that, I said yes I did and she said no you didn't and if you did it was wrong. I'm sorry but that's just bad service, hopefully she's out of the job by now. Not recommended at all. Not to mention, one employee had her son roaming around the lobby unsupervised on a Sunday evening.
