The kids wanted beach sandwiches so I decided to come here and get a variety of sandwiches to have in the sand. One of my favorites is the Beach Club. I love getting that one on the sliced wheat bread. It is so good every time. Sometimes it is nice having someone make a sandwich for you and since it is on square bread, it taste more homemade. We also tried the Thai Chicken wrap which was good and refreshing. I also decided to get a bunch of the "mini" sandwiches so we can have a variety, so we got the veggie, a roast beef, a turkey, and a tuna. The small sandwiches were surprisingly large and I am not mad about it. They were on a long skinny bread and I thought they would be a small half of a half sub. It was such a hit the kids want another sandwiches on the beach day. This is a small location near a Dunkins that I frequent. It is a good location, easy to get in and out of, and they people working there were friendly and the food came out quickly. I would come back here again. read more

If it was possible to give less than 1 star we would. Ordered online for pickup today, after an hour of not hearing if the order was ready we decided to go up and get it (we are 2 minutes away). There were 14 customers in the store just waiting, we were told our sandwiches hadn't even been started yet. They were to busy doing catering orders and probably wouldn't get to ours. I used to order from this location constantly. We order food for some of our employees, and some days we need locations that deliver. Jimmy John's is a no-brainer. They're quick, cheap, and yummy. When I began this job in January, they had absolutely fantastic customer service and were very fast- Freaky fast! However, in the last two month or so, their service has continuously declined. The first incident began when I placed my order as usual and then went on my lunch. While on my lunch, I got a call from Jimmy John's stating that they were too backed up and just decided to not make our sandwiches. I was astounded, I've never heard of a location doing this before, but we ordered the food again and luckily I was able to go pick it up. However, that happened again not even a week later- for ONE sandwich. That day we did not have a company car to drive and had to go somewhere else. The girl on the phone told me firstly it would take about an hour, I said that's fine, as long as it gets here eventually. She then turned away from the phone and came back telling me "actually, my manager said we aren't making it at all!" Excuse me? Fine. I bit my tongue. Now whenever we order, the deliveries that usually took 10-15 minutes now take closer to an hour or OVER. Going into this Jimmy John's is always a good and quick experience, but ordering delivery is the opposite. It once took over an hour for them to deliver ONE sandwich to a location only 2.3 miles away after I had been told 15 minutes... When I asked the gentlemen who was delivering why it had taken so long he shook of my question with a "You don't even want to know". When proceeded to say no i do want to know he did not come up with any reason as too why it had taken so long. Tonight was my first experience with this location and I wasn't impressed to say the least. Food was made properly but customer service is horrible. I noticed the one male behind the counter was great with other customers, but unfortunately I was dealing with the young females working and not him. They were curt, rude, and downright bitchy to us and frankly to each other as well. You can usually tell if someone is just having a bad day, but the girl who rang our order just seemed to have a generally nasty attitude. All of us commented to each other afterward that she made us all feel like she thought this job was beneath her and we were just annoying her by walking in. And no, this wasn't close to closing time. They claim to be freaky fast but on November 14, 2017 I placed a order through the app @2:15pm an hour had gone by and still no food I tried calling but got no answer tried back about 10 minutes later this time they answered I asked where my sub was he said that they where shirt handed and that they were making my sub right now but the delivery guy was out but he would deliver my sub to me after waiting an hour and a half my sub finally arrived I was offered no apology for the length of time that it took I personally would have expected that my sub would have been on jimmy johns at this point but since I had already paid by credit card online they got their money and don't care one bit about customer service. I ordered a #4 (turkey tom) Unwich with no mayo, no tomato, extra cucumber and add pickles not the world's most complicated order. This was for delivery and was placed at 12:46pm, and received confirmation of my order at 12:47pm. Normally I am rather patient when waiting for delivery, however, I specifically choose Jimmy John's due to their freaky fast delivery. After almost 40 minutes with no update I received my order at 12:30 (note 40 minutes after actually placing the order) After being a tad irritated with the delivery time, I opened up my unwich and saw brown on the lettuce. Thankfully after seeing the one piece I continued to unwrap the rest of the sandwich. Completely inedible the entire piece of lettuce was rotten through and felt incredibly slimy. There was nothing I could do to save the sandwich. Had I ordered my meal on bread I would have understood maybe the employee missing a bad piece of lettuce. However they had to physically wrap the turkey in the lettuce there was absolutely zero way this could have been missed. I will never be taking my business here again. read more

I've been to this one multiple times all when they're super busy in the very early afternoon. My sandwich, #17 or #2 with avocado spread and cucumbers, are made fast. Staff is quaintly quirky-- there's a guy that sings falsetto if you order a pickle. Hilarious! Bathroom is always really clean. All A+s in my book. read more
