Just finished having a wonderful experience here. Juny and the young gentleman working were both really kind and professional. They gentlemen was busy running curbside orders but took the time to offer me help. Juny assisted me with making my sundaes and she served them nice and full, which I appreciated. She also took the time to bring my cookie box order to us at the table when it was ready , even though I had selected counter pickup. Restaurant was very clean and well maintained. I came here to grab a quick dinner and it was a seamless experience. You order at a kiosk inside or go through the drive through. We went inside so we could also use the bathroom. As you can see from the photos, it was very clean inside. We were the only customers inside the restaurant. There was barely any interaction with the employees. They just gave us our food. No one was there to help us order or answer any of our questions. We also ordered unsweetened tea and we got sweet tea. I was sad I got Soulja boy card. I wanted a Huntrx one. read more

The worst experience I have had at McDonald'. literally the worst. The driver thru never took our order so after 10+ minutes after having to deal with the crazy man before us. Then we pull up to the window and the lady gets upset at us for driving away and closes the window on us. Ordered a 4b today and it was raw. I called over to this location and spoke to the manager and she states "the fryer was off". How could you possibly not know the fryer was not on ? I Just had the the worst customer service experience ever.I was in Line at the drive thru with one car in front of me ordering food and I was supposed to be next right? There 2 lines in this location and the other way empty.after 2 minutes or so I said hello a couple of time ,then someone pulls up on the other side and she attends the other customer before me on the other lanes that just got here,then the car behind me pulls up to the other lane and I did too and waited again.then when the car in front of me got he order ,she took 4 to 6 more order on the other Side .it's ridiculous because it took me about 20 mins to get my food,while other driver where in and out with there food.i will stop by tommorrow and make a complain,won't say no name but tommorrow I will be talking to the store head manager .and never going back to this mcdonald in Okeechebee passing congress on your right side. read more

Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. A few months ago, I went through the drive-thru late at night and placed a simple order. There were a total of 3 cars in front of me. It took them 30 (yes, 30) minutes before I even got up to the window to pay. Once I paid, it was another 10-15 minutes to receive my food from the next window. When I received my food, I politely declined my food and asked if I could just get my money back. The cashier said that he would have to wait for the manager. At this point, there were no other customers in the line behind me. It took another 10 minutes to receive my money back, and the manager didn't even say anything to me. Their professionalism is horrible! I decided to try them again today. I got in the drive-thru, start ordering my food, and was then told that they could only accept cash because "the rain would not let them run credit cards." So...I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru line just to pull out and go somewhere else because I had no cash on me. (Oh, I forgot to mention that when I asked why they didn't have signs at the entrance of the drive-thru, they responded with, "I don't know.") This is definitely the last time I will be trying this McDonalds. read more

Worst piece of shit McDonald's I've ever had the inconvenience of attempting to order from. I had ordered ahead, planning on using the drive thru, at a 24 hour location. They had locked the doors and closed early with no signs taped to the door or anything. I understand businesses sometimes run out of products or other factors contribute to them closing early so I wanted to ask for a refund instead. After knocking on the door the staff completely ignored me and only after waiting for a while did a manager come over. She said the system was getting ready to shut down and therefore she couldn't give me a refund. I asked if calling tomorrow would be fine she responded "you could try" with plenty of attitude to spare. I'm severely disappointed with the way they conducted shutting down considering the app still active and the complete apathy I was met with. Yet another reason to avoid the McDonald's app and this location for good. read more

This is more a review for the app than it is for the restaurant at jog and Okeechobee. I think it's a horrible business decision that they will not start your mobile order until you actually arrive at the location. 9 out of 10 times when you order anything with ice cream in it, the machine is broke. Today, I ordered a capacino and they didn't have any made when I got there so they gave me coffee instead. Usually I go to Dunkin for coffee and I order ahead using the app and it's always ready waiting for me when I get there. But today I decided I'd get McDonald's instead. I'll be getting my coffee at Dunkin from now on (it tastes better anyway). Also, the other day when I went to this location, someone was hosing down the drive thru lanes during one of the busiest times of the day and giving customers dirty looks for having the audacity to use the drive thru while he was trying to hose it down. Decently fast service, but same crappy food. Oddly enough, they run out of Ice Cream/Sundaes more often then food at this location. Back in early 2015 they have redone the whole outside of the McDonald's, and they added two order lines instead of just one. But thr flaw is only one person operates both order lines. read more

I come to this McDonald's once in a while just after 10:30am to get lunch. I was just there on 5/12/2014 to get lunch and had no problems. This morning I got there at 10:30am and when I went through the drive-thru I was rudely told "we don't serve lunch until 11:00". I stated that I had been there yesterday and had received lunch and asked if this was a new policy. The guy said "ma'am it's 10:29 (it was 10:32 by this point) and we're not serving lunch until 11:00am so you can order breakfast or go somewhere else". Honestly, I was speechless. What do you really say to that? I was appalled at how rude this person was. I get that if you change your policy on when you are going to serve lunch, that's up to the restaurant, but at least TELL PEOPLE and don't be rude when they inquire. I know that going to McDonald's at 12 AM there is going to be a line and a wait. I have no problem waiting but I do have a problem when I don't get greeted and the customer service was horrible. The employee was talking to another employee and didn't greet me and ignored me and didn't tell me how much. The other employee she was talking too realized i was there and did tell me the price of what i owed. Then once i received my food i assumed it was correct because she read it back to me. i had to reach for my card because she wasn't looking at me just handing it like she didn't want to be there and didn't care.I just got home looked in the bag and i got 2 mcdoubles instead of a mcdouble and mchicken. I had to drive all the way back and i told them they messed up my order and said we are sorry we gave u wrong order. The lady that realized i was there and told me the total from earlier saw my frustration. I told her what happen and she apologized and i could tell she was sorry. They fixed my order which was good. I understand it's late but you are still working and you still have to greet customers with a smile and PLEASE make sure before u hand a customer their order to Check it so they don't have to drive all the back. read more

How has nobody reviewed this location yet? This is probably one of the best run McDonald's that I have been to. They are consistent, I can't recall a botched order. They are also fast, which is a nice touch. The kids there look like they're pretty happy, so maybe that's the extra touch. I didn't give them 5 stars, because I don't think I could live with myself to have given any McDonald's 5 stars. Worst customer service. If you go here past 8 o'clock be prepared to have them forget everything in your order, screw up your order and be hanging out with their friends. I been coming to this Mcdonalds location for years. They recently added kiosks to place your order and I have watched customers walk out because of it. I don't like the kiosks nor do I want to use them and I will not use them. This morning it appears that customers are now forced to use them and almost every customer is pissed off. This slows the service down and takes away from the personal service. I am losing patience and very soon I will cease using this location, unless the machines are scrapped or at the minimum stay optional with a friendly cashier waiting to take my order. read more

Sunday morning I pull up for the drive thru. I had woken up late before heading off to work and skipped breakfast. Pulled up to the board to place my order at 10:22am. No response after she asked the previous car if he wanted a large. I stated he's already driven forward and she asks for me to hold. I notice in the other drive-up lane, a car pulls up and gets his order taken immediately. I still wait and asked my microphone board if she's there. No response. The other lane car pulls up in another vehicle pulls up behind that it has his order taken. I asked my side board are you there without a response. Now I've waited through two other cars having their orders taken and it's been 10 minutes waiting for mine. I finally placed my order and apparently something is going on at the front windows at the cash and delivery part. I'm stuck at my line with three cars behind me and cars in front of me not going forward. For a few minutes I put my car in park and wait. By the time I finally got the perch the pay window, it was 10:58 AM. 36 minutes I waited. I had to pull around the cars waiting for food to exit as I was due at work a block down the road by 11am. Thanks for failing to be a "fast food" drive thru. Is it that difficult to work and get orders correctly at a McDonalds? It was nice of your store to lose a customer! read more
