If I could give them no stars I would. My chicken was horrible after waiting 20 minutes for poor rude service on a Tuesday. No one answers their food when I tried calling the store directly . The clerk was more preoccupied with her cell phone. This was my only trip to their store and it will be my last. The pieces were not fresh like I get at my favorite location on Northlake Blvd near Prosperity Farms Road. They had no flavor as well at this location on Forest Hill Blvd near Jog Road. I called corporate customer service number since these lazy people don't pick up their phone. AVOID THIS LOCATION and maybe they will shut it down I HOPE !!!! read more

For a fast-food restaurant, this place is pretty good. We've been here several times over the years, so I was surprised to see that my old review isn't showing.... In any case, we came here after a long day out for a quick fast lunch. We decided to order one of their chicken fingers meals and added another side to already one side included. It also comes with a drink. It wasn't busy when we stopped by. Only one other table was occupied, although a few folks came in for takeout orders. The meal was ready pdq. Just what we needed. We were able to get two different dipping sauces -- I like honey mustard; he got a ranch one. The tenders were oversized, all white meat and cooked perfectly; the biscuit was fluffy. The coleslaw is sweet -- one of my faves. The only thing I'm not really a fan of is their mashed potatoes as they taste a bit "fake" and were a tad watery this time. So, I let him have all of my mashed potatoes and I had some more of the coleslaw. Their food is priced well for the quantity and quality. I'm sure we would stop here again when nearby. read more

We have some pleasant and satisfactory lunch stops at this KFC location. This visit we had been on the road for three hours and were feeling hungry for something quick and good.We like to share the five piece Chicken Tenders and the gal on the register mentioned that if we wanted a second side, which we did, (two of their great Cole slaw!), we could save on our combo lunch.Thanks for that tip! I ordered kfc wings from here last night and was highly disappointed! It's as though they took scraps of chicken wings that they were going to throw out, seasoned and battered them, overcooked them to the point of absolute inedibleness, put them in a box and sent them on their way! There's no way these "things " were chicken wings! If they were, then please, please get out of the chicken business because you have failed epically!! I just wanted to take a moment to recognize two fantastic team members at the jog/forest hill location. I pulled up 6 minutes to midnight, knowing they were closing and hating myself as any fast food worker would. I ordered Mac n cheese and they got it hot and ready in about 6 seconds and were SO polite and friendly. They already had everything broken down, cleaned, lights were off, and they still served me. They were really DOING THEIR JOB! Fantastic! Those 2 ladies were getting it DONE! And with a polite and happy demeanor? At almost midnight on a Wednesday?! Give them girls a raise! Their names were Isamara and Dachemine. I even went to Wendy's for a roommate's order and they still had an hour before closing and treated me like trash. I drove back over to the KFC to make them write their names down because they were so wonderful. Seriously - they need promotions or raises! read more

I did a quick drive thru run after I found out that the hubby wanted KFC for lunch today. I went there often when we lived down the street from there and the place hasn't changed at all. The coupon I had saved some bucks, which was buy a 3 piece meal and get a 2 piece meal for free. It comes with two sides and a biscuit instead of a beverage. The chicken was good. You have the option of getting it crispy, original, or grilled. Be prepared to get messy when handling the fried chicken. It'll get all over your fingers and your mouth. I got the mac n' cheese and potato wedges for the sides. Not too shabby for a Sunday lunch! read more

Every time you come to this location it has the best customer service in the most polite employees. Management really takes pride in training. Normally all these big chains loose focus on that. So, after 6 years, I tried KFC again. Wow! What a difference! It was just drive through, but Danna, the drive through person was great! I am new in town and this KFC stands out the minute you walk in. Being my 2nd visit, I wanted to experience the same customer service and attention to my order just like last time. They take your order with attention and follow up to check if you need anything else. The location is clean and the team is friendly. My order was swiftly served and as soon as ice tea finished brewing, I was reminded of it and got my serving. My warm compliments drew smiles and appreciation from them. A good word to the team goes a long way to make them feel appreciated. They deserve it!!!! read more

Haven't been to a KFC in years. We thought we would give it a try. Went to the store to get a chicken bucket. They wanted $15.00 for a whole chicken with no sides. Across the street, Publix has a whole fried chicken for $8.00. And it's excellent. Hello Publix, goodbye KFC. read more

We went there at 4:35 p.m., supper time. There was only (1) piece of the grilled chicken, we ordered (2) of the one piece meals. Therefore, we had to substitute (1) piece for an x--crispy. We wanted (2) extra chicken breasts, so, again we had to substitute for the x-crsipy. They had to substitute (1) piece for a regular, there were not enough x-crispy breasts. I worked in the food retail industry for 10+ years. When it is close to supper time, we made sure we had enough of the menu items to please every customer. In the days of people eating healthy, you should make sure you have enough of the grilled chicken. read more
