Went to Isla & Co on Sunday for lunch and it was an excellent food experience. The chicken sandwich was a flavor bomb. The truffle fries were perfection. The coffee was delicious and exactly as I requested it. The steak was tender and juicy. I highly recommend the food. What was Not excellent was the acoustics in the dining room. The restaurant din was incredibly high. In order to have a conversation you need to sit out on the outside seating area. In South Florida 90+ degree F heat! It would not take much to install some noise reduction panels and such to help make the dining room experience more palatable for guests. Please consider doing so sooner than later. Cheers!

We had an amazing time, wonderful atmosphere, host was helpful and our waiter Cam was the best. Food was served quick hot and delicious. OG burger was on point medium rare with truffle fries(clean plate club). Catch of the day was worth it, glazed haddock over bed of rice and green beans. For drinks we ordered the Malbec it was full body and splendid. Also an Espresso martini hit the spot. Can't forget the Thai Squid appetizer delicioso. Definitely worth adding to your list of eateries when in west Palm

Place is really nice inside. Food was amazing, I got the chicken parm. So flavorful, fries were great on the side as well. I also got the Biscoff tiramisu. Everything was excellent. Service was great too. Loved it here!

I had a nice time at my first time dining in Isla & Co. I got the fried fish sando and upgraded to truffle fries and then we also got a power bowl as a side. Both were very tasty dishes but I would have to say that the prices are costly and then once it gets time to pay there are a bunch of additional charges it makes you pay on top of tip when paying online. Gratuities are included when paying online also so don't pay a tip twice! I also really loved the decor and the ambiance! Very good looking and I really liked the area. Very good vibes.

This was the first time I visited Isla & Co and I loved it so much. The food and coffee were so good and the staff were all friendly. Due to the weather we had to sit inside but it was still such a nice place. I think it would be a nice place to come on brunch date. I would definitely come back and check out their dinner menu and sit in the patio area. I ordered the breakfast burrito and added avocado which was delish. I also order the Aussie iced coffee which so good and would def order again

Trendy spot with good ambiance. The prices for coffees were different on their board vs in the menu by about a quarter. Good service from barista and helpful workers. Decent coffee and martini flights looked legit. Food looked average and not sure what make this place Aussie but they couldn't make the Aussie coffee because they were out of vanilla ice cream. Was told it's just coffee and ice cream which sounded like an affogato to me

    Chicken Isla Power Bowl

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, music, service and food. Their Island power bowl was very unique in flavor, but not out of this world. My mocktail was good, but the pricing was just too high for sparkling water and syrup. Service was great, I loved my server she was very patient!

I had a mixed experience here. The breakfast roll and crispy chicken sando were good, but the kangaroo tucker wasn't worth the price, in my opinion. The chili glaze on the chicken sandwich was amazing. The biggest downside was the table arrangement. They're packed very closely together, which made me feel like we were dining with strangers ( I could touch the next table with how close they were)

Another pleasant surprise hiding in plain sight. Or maybe it's not hiding or in plain sight. Either way, Isla & Co is bangin! First time visiting and off this one experience I'll be coming back plenty. The vibe is great and the atmosphere is fantastic. It fits right in with the reclaimed warehouse district. I was greeted at the entrance by "Before I Let Go" and that immediately put me in a great mood. Our waiter/bartender was also singing it which made it better. He was fantastic the whole time. The wings are labeled as "famous" and for once when a restaurant puts that I can imagine that it might be true. Amazing. The fries? Amazing. The drinks? Amazing. Well done, Isla. Whoever you are. Actually, I think there's a story about the name on one of the menus. Maybe I'll read it next time. I was too busy dancing in my seat.

Great food and great service! The restaurant was nicely dimmed creating a cool and comforting ambiance. My family and I tried kangaroo and were pleasantly surprised!! The portions are a great size and the tiramisu stole the show at the end!

If I could, I'd give Isla & Co. six stars. Great menu. Craft bar. Sides, the gauge of any great kitchen, rock the house. The herb salad with pickled onions? Standing ovation. The fish and chips? To die for. Sticky date pudding? Wow. Chicken parm? Delicious. Service is top drawer.

The ambiance here is very nice. Although it's a pretty hidden spot they have plenty of signage in the parking lot to direct you to the restaurant. We got a group of eight to play trivia on a Wednesday night but shortly after arriving (and ordering) they told us we were to the only ones who came for trivia so they weren't going to do it. I was let down and wished we could have separated our team of eight to play but they wouldn't allow it (and I get it). I got a glass of orange wine and the fries from happy hour. It was nice that for trivia they do happy hour all night. It was a good deal. Service was okay. It's like dive bar quality service and food. Our server was kind enough to let us try the orange wine before ordering. I'd come back to play trivia another time but I guess it's a hit or miss with people who come to play (or don't). You also pay the bill on your phone with a QR code. If you sign up for their point system you can get some free items. It makes splitting the bill between friends easy but the class of the restaurant suffers.

    What's the parking like?

I parked on street pretty easy, it was a weeknight so might be tougher on weekend. The entrance is non descript. Don't be afraid to walk through the surf shop mini mall vibe for a few seconds,..worth it :).

The wait was pretty long but the bar was first come first serve so we hoped to snag a spot there instead. The restaurant itself is tight. It's long but thin and the waiting area is like nonexistent so you're basically all huddling around people's tables. Luckily we were able to get drinks while we waited and the drinks were delicious. I ordered "The Crush" which had green grapes in it. It was so refreshing and delicious!! It's been a couple of weeks since we went and I'm still thinking about how good that drink was. I forgot what my bf got to drink but he enjoyed it as well. Finally some seats opened up at the bar and we were able to sit there and I'm so glad we did. Our bartender, I believe his name was Sam, was on point. Just exceptional service from him. He was great at his job and we also really enjoyed our conversation with him. To eat we ordered the deviled eggs, the tuna tartare and the Emerald Kale Salad with Rotisserie Chicken. The salad was just so incredible we ordered one to go as well. The food is absolutely worth coming back here for, the tuna tartare was also fantastic. The deviled eggs were okay, but I'm not a good judge for them as I'm not a huge deviled eggs person. My favorite items were the chicken meatballs (perfect texture, with the right amount of spicy mustard) and the prime rib sandwich (the bread was soft, steak was juicy and tender, horseradish was creamy). ALL of our dishes, however, were soooo good, and I'd order any of them a second time! Small seating area inside (just a few tables and bar seats), and they don't accept reservations, so expect to wait a little bit. The inside is dark, with warm lighting and big leather booths; you don't feel like you're in south Florida anymore, it's a northern cozy vibe. Service was nice, but didn't check in often enough (often times having to flag someone down for utensils, plates, etc). I would definitely return here for dinner!!

We ordered the Brussels sprouts, which were topped with a creamy sauce. Unfortunately, the dish did not meet expectations, falling short in flavor and presentation. I would rate them a mere two out of ten. Additionally, we tried the oysters, which were disappointingly bland. Even with various toppings, they lacked the fresh vibrant taste one hopes for when enjoying oysters. Regrettably, both dishes missed the mark for me so I decided not to order more food and go somewhere else. The place is tucked away and low key on purpose, but once you step inside, it's like entering another world. A magical land where cocktails reign supreme and Vincent is the all-powerful sorcerer behind the bar. There's no menu here... and there doesn't need to be. You simply tell Vincent what you're craving, and he conjures it with a flick of the wrist, a dash of bitters, and probably some ancient incantation whispered under his breath. I had three... maybe four drinks (time works differently in magical places), and each one was flawless. Complex yet balanced, bold yet smooth... true potions of happiness. If you're lucky enough to find yourself in this enchanted hideaway on the one night a week it's open, let Vincent work his craft. Just know you'll leave spellbound... and in my case, headed straight to bed, because even wizards can't save a 40-year-old from an early bedtime after a few too many old fashioneds.

It truly shows the care, passion, and quality behind this restaurant. The restaurant has a great number of staff members, and throughout the entire meal, the service was attentive and thoughtful. One small detail that really impressed me was that after I took just one sip of water, someone noticed and refilled my glass within seconds. It's these little touches that show their professionalism and dedication. Every dish was delicious, with fresh ingredients and excellent flavors. The atmosphere is elegant, clean, and comfortable, and the entire team is professional and welcoming. The food, the ambiance, and the service are all outstanding. As the night progressed, it did get busier. James was our server. He was exceptional. He provided us with purse hooks the minute we sat down at our table which I found to be a nice touch. He took my friend and I on a unique culinary journey that neither of us will ever forget! His hard work throughout the evening was beyond apparent. He was patient, kind, accommodating and comical! He helped my friend and I make decisions regarding the menu and I love when servers give raw honesty about the dishes on the menu. We started off with the Le Souffle Au Fromage which is the award winning signature dish since the year 1972 believe it or not! It was a doughy, light consistency made of Gruyère cheese, Parmesan, white truffle oil and it came with a small side garden salad. This dish is an absolute must if you're visiting La Goulue for the first time. We also ordered a cheese board which came with about 5 different cheeses, nuts, apples, purple grapes, and crunchy warm bread. We opted for version without salami. James recommended us to order a steak item that was NOT included on the normal menu. He told us it's recommended to order as medium rare. It came with string beans, grilled onions on top and potatoes au gratin. The food was so fresh and delicious!!! We ordered the chocolate mousse for dessert which was perfect as it was pretty light. When I left I didn't feel extremely full or uncomfortable. I will DEFINITELY be back soon!
