We visit the location every day for coffee. Weekdays are great. Weekends not so good. Not only is the coffee stale, but the workers are very unfriendly. Asked for a new cup of coffee because the first was terrible only to be treated with no respect and questioned about how long we waited to come back. 10 minutes from home. The young lady working was soooo tired because she was out to late. Not prepared for work. Complaining the whole time we were there. Even the manager was not friendly. What happened to customer service? I hope the general manager reads this and talks to her employees about their attitudes and quality of coffee they are serving. The food is serviceable as far as McDonald's goes. I've had a few screwed up orders in my time going here but that is standard for most McDonald's. The main problem with this location is the redesign of the dining room, mainly the decommissioning of the customer drink station. You no longer get to make your own drink, an employee has to do it for you, ruining any of the more complex drink preferences and increasing wait times for orders with many drinks. This change was not made with the customer's or the employee's best interest in mind, and was instead made to increase the likelihood that McDonald's™ will save 2¢ per order. You can still request that an employee gives you a refill, forcing them to stop what they're doing and increasing the wait time for some other chump. This is, of course, only possible if you feel like waiting meekly at the counter for at least 5 minutes, hoping that one of the workers in the kitchen will notice you and hear your plight. TERRIBLE customer service. They put lettuce on my Big Mac and i could have been allergic. The health department would LOVE to hear about this. The service was terrible they forgot my food, and the customer service was atrocious. The staff was rude and completely disrespectful. I will never return. They added items to my food that I explicitly requested not to be included. When I called and asked about it they were unhelpful and impolite. If you can't handle simple acts of kindness, you shouldn't work in customer service, as it's clear they're lazy and dismissive. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's the kind of establishment that those on social media warn about people who might even spit in your food. I stopped in this location more than 11 weeks ago and ordered a Frappuccino via the McDonald's app. When I got to the window, the employee was very rude and obviously inexperienced, and said that there machine was broken "until sometime next year" and there was nothing they could do about the points that I used and to "please pull forward"! Here, it is almost 3 months later, and I am still fighting with the owners and McDonald's on something in today's technology that should be very easy to do. I placed a mobile order at 6:30am through the app, the store hours states they open at 5am. There were a line of cars waiting to order with no response at the drive thru. I got out of my car to try and pick up my order inside and doors were locked. I was able to call and speak with a worker and he stated he would not be able to make my order for another 20-30mins. This is probably the worst food chain restaurant I've ever been to. If it wasn't for it being the closest one to my house, I would completely stop going here! 1) They always get me and my wife's order wrong. She is allergic to dairy and have asked multiple times, on multiple occasions, to not have the egg and cheese on our mcgriddle, yet they continue to put it on! 2) Their walk in service is even worse! Be ready to wait 30 minutes because they won't even talk to you, even when you stand at the counter. Today, when my wife and I went inside to order, not daring to try the wicked drive thru, we got two mcgriddles and two drinks. They again got the order wrong, and the lady brought one of our drinks in her armpit! That drink then went on to have no ice nor any syrup? So when we asked to get a remake, we were told first that "We MIGHT not have any in the back" and when my wife and I decided to tell her we'd wait, the same lady then went on to say they didn't have any? After not even checking? Honestly, the only good thing about this place is a young woman, who is hopefully the manager, who helped us on Christmas day by giving us our order for free after multiple mistakes. McDonalds is pretty predictable which sometimes is a really good thing when you have " that taste " for a cheeseburger ,chicken sandwich , fries or whatever. The only thing that really varies is the customer service or sometimes the lack of. But this hasn't been the case in quite sometime. The past few times I have been there, it was before their closing time at 10, but it appears that sometimes they decide to close early and have no signage to let you know. This has happened more than once, and it's getting quite annoying, especially when the workers are still inside when you drive up to the window (after sitting at the drive-through microphone for five minutes) and the workers just look at you and motion that they're closed. (not to mention rudely knocking at the bar that keeps the windows closed) If you are going to close early, make sure that customers can know that, because people were behind me in line every time. read more

Waited forever in the drive-thru and was one minute early to get the lunch food said ok let me think for a sec. when it turned 11 I said cool let me get a #6 meal with a coke and a medium Carmel frape. The order taker didn't respond for a full 2 min and then she asked me to repeat that. She then added the Carmel frape to the meal which was a $2.39 upcharge (same price that it is normally) and charged me for the coke separately. Any McDonald's is hit or miss. I've never been to one that I would give 5 stars too. This location is the one we go to most often. Our food is almost always hot and fresh. My biggest complaints are they always forget sauce for the nuggets and half fill the fry boxes. read more

So this mcdonalds used to be the best one around. But the past 4 or 5 months have been terrible. The food itself has been fine, but the service has been awful. Every single time over the past few months, they have either forgotten something or messed up the order. Which wouldn't be that big a deal, except I have a young child and when you get home and their happy meal is wrong, even though it has the sticker on it saying its right, its a problem. Also compared to how great the food and service used to be, they really need better training or management.
