Worst. Taco Bell. Ever! Employees are rude unhelpful absolutely snarky. Their food assembly is garbage.

Ordered our food very simple order Potato taco -2 Beef chalupa - 3 no lettuce Paid for the food drove home and open it Inside its chicken chalupa , hard shell taco Cinnamon twist A burrito and hot sauce? My lord you can't even go inside all machines are offline. Whoever runs this place needs to be let go and bring in someone who actually can fix it. Either retrain staff or start from scratch. Genuinely the worst Taco Bell. Everytime I decide to go there (which is not very often) they always mess up the food, or forget some food. Genuinely how hard is it to look at the screen and make what it says and put it in the bag. Ordered food online for pick up. Stood at counter for fifteen minutes. Was given an empty cup to get my drink. Another five minutes and the drive thru person discovers the box meal on a back counter that I have been looking at since I walked in - said it was mine and tossed it to me with an apology. I said it was cold now - that the order is at least 15 minutes old and he said sorry - he was busy. No offer to make a fresh meal. I left the cold food. I have not had the best experiences here in the past, however today i noticed newer people working than the last time i was there. They saw me and my partner were EMS and went out of their way to help us and give us a deal while we had to rush out for a call. Food was great too. The workers here are some of the worst I've ever seen. Some of the most self pity filled individuals who take it out on the customers. I understand they're working a minimum wage job but they are rude on purpose. She charged me for 2 Baja blasts which I didn't ask for and when I told her I got just one she gave me one but charged me for both. I have nothing against this Taco Bell location. They do their job pretty well, but I stopped to try the new chicken nuggets that they're offering. they were terrible. When I opened up the box, the Nuggets were all different sizes the smallest being less than a half inch and there were only four in the box, had no taste. so you definitely have to get one of their many dipping sauces. read more

Absolutely the worst, period. Decided to write a review after not getting our full Door Dash ordered and that's not including the missing items from the drive through. When you call to complain, no refund from drive through, they put your "name on a list" to supposedly get the missed items only to have some kid tell you there's isn't any list. Door will refund missing items but still, they hire people who mess up orders that much? I would think counting the items and matching the result to the number of items on the order would be easy enough! So either they hire employees that cannot count to 10 or people who don't care about counting to 10 or less read more

Today my fellow coworkers and I decided to gamble on Taco Bell. It was a mistake. There were four orders, and they shorted us on one of the orders. The person who was selflessly picking up the food for everyone made it back to work and then we noticed. This location is pretty hit or miss but today (a Sunday) they were a hit. I think the key is to go earlier in the day before the kitchen gets taco assembly fatigue. Our fairly large order was on point, nicely cheesed and sauced where appropriate. I should mention that our expectations are pretty low since our orders are usually wrong in some way or another from missing sauce, to very little cheese to missing an item completely.
