First time at this chain restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised at how good their subs are. I ordered the 11" wreck which is the largest of three available sizes, where my sub came with the base ingredients of sliced turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, Angus roast beef, salami and Swiss cheese. In addition to the base ingredients I personalized my Sub at their free toppings station with deli Mustard, lettuce, onion, tomato, and Italian seasoning. The end result was a very tasty sub packed full of fresh ingredients served inside a crunchy hoagie roll that was quite good in its own right. This sub is a bit more expensive than the other chain subs in the area but is well worth the added cost where aside from the great taste the main thing that stood out to me was the crunchiness and fullness of my sub (unlike the soggy compressed sandwiches you so often get from the competition) . Relative to the restaurant, it was bright, very clean with a very friendly staff that handled my order promptly with minimal wait time while my sub was being prepared. Additionally there is quite a varied selection of subs to choose from where if you are into subs/sandwiches they will have something that will cover the taste buds for most customers. Aside from their subs, they also have a decent selection of Soups, Salads and Shakes to complement your meal. They are open again after being temporarily closed. My guess is for COVID reasons. I love this sandwich shop. The bread is a little crusty and chewy. The sandwiches are filled with good meats and cheeses as well as veggies and sauces of your choice. And those big ol pickles! I've never come to this location and had a bad sandwich. The only reason I give it a 4 and not 5 is because in the past I've had just some so so service. Once I questioned the soup I was getting. I had ordered chicken pot pie soup and it looked nothing like it. I was dining in luckily. When the girl was pouring it I asked and she checked the container and said it was. Anyone who knows anything can see it wasnt. When I tasted it, it ended up being chicken tortilla soup! Big difference in look and taste. Still tastey though. I ended up keeping it because it really wasn't worth dealing with her laziness. My go to is The Wreck, but today I got an Italian. Both subs have 3 kinds of meat and cheese. They aren't skimpy on the meat. I can't even eat the entire regular sub so people who get the big ones must have a hearty appetite! They have chips to choose from as a side, soups, salad, and mac and cheese. Nice options to pair with. Their shakes are good and so are their blondie bars. I highly recommend. I found someone's pill in my sandwich!!! I called and they didn't seem to concerned just stated they would let the general office manger know. Milkshake was crazy overpriced for the tiniest shake I've ever received (smaller than a Wendy's Jr Frosty). Ordered an Italian sub. God was it amazing!!! Literally the best Italian sub I have ever had. Would definitely go back. Only thing I did not like was the lack of direction in placing an order. I walked in and went to the register only to be told they take orders at the other end of the counter. Not a problem but it made me feel very awkward not knowing where to place my order. The nice lady at the register kindly let me know where to place my order. A sign or some kind of marking on the floor saying order here would be nice. Giving such a low review to Potbelly is hard for me because I love their food and I feel for restaurants everywhere because it is difficult to have staff in place to remain open and provide good service. I placed a catering order via the Potbelly website around 11AM on a Monday for delivery to a meeting on Tuesday at 12:15PM. I received confirmation that my order had been placed. On Tuesday at 11:45AM - during my meeting - I received notification that my order had been canceled. Upon contacting the store I was told that they just can't handle catering orders during lunchtime. Again, I am empathetic to the tough times companies are experiencing to get staff in place, but you don't cancel my order a half hour before it is supposed to be delivered. There were multiple ways this could have been avoided. 1) Update your website to not allow a catering order to be prepped/delivered during your lunch rush - 2) Don't accept the order- 3) Cancel the order immediately upon receiving. You left me in an absolutely horrible position with 16 people to feed. In case this happens to someone else - I called Jimmy Johns to see if they could do an assortment of sandwiches on really short notice - explained what had happened and I would send someone to pick them up. Their answer, "Don't worry, we've got you!" The sandwiches were ready....freaky fast too! read more

I've eaten here way too many times to not provide a good review here. Staff is always friendly and service is prompt. The food is great. Picked up a couple sandwiches last week and one of the guys never had Potbelly before and he was impressed with his "A Wreck" sandwich, too, for what it's worth. I worked for a Potbelly briefly in college, which usually ruins it for me, but I gotta have my hot peppers somehow, right? I order a chicken salad sandwich pretty much every time there. First time in to any Potbelly Sandwich Shop and I couldn't have been more satisfied! There are very few fast casual resturants that can conquer having a welcoming, friendly, comfortable atmosphere and this location nailed it. Today I ordered a full veggie sub with everything, a cup of chedder soup, a bag of chips, a cookie and a large drink for $15 bucks and trust me I could barely finish my soup and half of my sub before feeling stuffed. The veggies and bread were fresh and delicious. The chedder soup is definitely an original cheese masterpiece! I highly recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner! read more

SUPER friendly staff, sandwich was good, not a fan of the shakes, and those huge pickles! I was worried how I was going to eat the whole thing, but they kindly cut it into 4's, so it's shareable. My daughter said her chips were stale. Maybe a tad over priced (especially the beverages), but all in all, pleasantly surprised! The salads sound yummy and there are more sammies to try! Average sandwich shop. I never ordered olives, carrots or cooked celery for toppings but they were on my sub, bad service and ok food.

Don't bother ordering ahead. Ordered at 10:15 for a 12:15 pickup and got food at 12:45. Food is fine, but this place is always slow.
