    Carne Asada Taquitos
    Will G.

Oh man is this place good. I was looking for something new and this place blew me away! I got the Ribeye Carne Asada Taquitos which was mouth watering delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and came with some fresh guacamole, lettuce, tomato, refried beans, and rice. Honestly can't wait to go back and try more things off the menu.

    One bean and cheese tostada

Hidden gem! Their Mexican is authentic and tastes amazing! Their queso is creamy, has a bit of jalapeño, and super flavorful. The salsa is homemade and full of flavor too. The portions are large. The tostadas are big and served with a bed of rice underneath. We've also had the burritos, chimichangas, and enchiladas. We order out here every weekend for lunch. Haven't been disappointed yet!

Best Mexican food in the area hands down. Very easy and convenient curbside pick up. You will not regret it.

We tried the Super Chimi with an option of chicken in one, and beef in the other, excellent! The Fajitas are served on a sizzling skillet with warm soft tortillas which are great! Most of their food comes with rice and beans on the side, and their margaritas are tasty! The authentic Mexican decor throughout just adds to the atmosphere. They are a great place to visit with a date, family or even a decent sized group. It's not very loud, so you can have plenty of time to talk, and the pricing is surprisingly not very expensive. I highly recommended this restaurant, their menu has something for everyone, even those who don't like very spicy food!

I liked telling my friends, "Let's go to Cancun!" It even looked great writing it in my planner…read more lol Cancun Mexican Grill was the spot to meet up with a couple friends/old telecom colleagues. Cancun Mexican Grill is located in the Gateway Commons strip mall next to a bank. The menu is a small spiral binder because there are so many menu options. I ordered the Birria Tacos because it was only beef tacos in the Taco section of the menu. The birria tacos are made with slow cooked beef. It was a little chewy and my corn tortillas were falling apart. I had to resort to eating them with a fork. I later ordered tacos for a friend to-go and I was shown the ala carte section at the back of the binder with ground beef tacos for purchase for one or three tacos. I believe those were better than mine with hard shells. The service was fine. They were very quick in bringing our food. We started out with chips and salsa. I would have liked individual saucers for the three of us so we weren't continuing to dip our chips in the same bowl of salsa. The restaurant is a nice size. They have plenty of seating options - booth, table & chairs and a bar area. Tip: Look for coupons in the local paper for $7 or $10 off.

Great down-home Mexican food!…read more Tucked away in a small strip mall in New Hudson, is this hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant. It has authentic mariachi music playing softly, and the decor is done in South of the border flair. It's an authentic down-home mom and pop owned and operated Mexican restaurant, that serves excellent food. I've been dying to get back in to this place and am glad we finally did! The owners are a really nice husband and wife team that actually walk around and thank people for coming in, and try to share a laugh with every person that comes in. They also work as waitstaff, bar and kitchen. They really seem to enjoy what they do, and the food speaks for itself. Pricing was very good per person, generally all under $20 each, and chips and salsa made fresh daily and is served to everyone. They have multiple different flavored margaritas shown as a signature, and serve a bunch of Mexican beer, in addition to standard domestic and regular mixed drinks. We ordered the sizzling combo fajitas and the chimichanga dinner, Both good choices. I highly recommend going here. If you aren't a big Mexican food fan they have steak on the menu, but the atmosphere, attention to guests and the owners directly involved makes this a great place to stop in. They can take large parties also. We've been looking for an authentic (mom's kitchen style) Mexican restaurant since moving from the desert southwest, this is it. Spread the word, they could use the business. We will be back.

Our waitress was attentive, had everyone's drink order taken as soon as we all trickled in. I ordered the Southwest chopped chicken salad; and added jalapenos. My only constructive criticism for the salad was to actually chop it. It was more of a seared breast that was sliced into strips, it wasn't chopped. With that said, the salad was delicious. The lettuce was fresh, the jalapeno ranch was tasty. I had no complaints putting the whole thing away for lunch. Our waitress did a great job caring for all 8 of us, while we came in at varied times, had several modifications to dishes, and some had to leave early... Great experience.
