Let me start by saying that when I go to McDonalds, I feel that I have appropriate expectations. I don't expect to be blown away, I expect McDonalds. However, I do expect that my order will be correct. I can only call my experience a fast food comedy of errors. I ran into Wichita to pick something up before I got my sons from daycare. Was hungry, decided to go to McDonald's at Harry and Webb. Went through the drive through, ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup only, and a large Diet Dr. Pepper. Paid, picked up my order, and drove a little down the road. Took a sip of my drink. It was tea. I don't really like tea. Figured I'd eat my burger. Opened my bag, only to find two single cheeseburgers. Heavy smell of pickle, mustard, onion. So I kept driving, and finally figured "I can just scrape the stuff I don't want off, and then combine what's left into a double cheese burger. At a stoplight I opened up the first burger, then the second only to find that both were missing patties Was not impressed. Will not go back to that McDonalds. read more

I come here for one thing, the fries!! French fries are amazing and tasty. I'm not a fan of anything else they have to offer.

Food is consistent to other mcdonalds which is a plus. Had an encounter where they got my order wrong, and one of their employees proceeded to tell me that i was wrong and still gave me the wrong order. My review is down just cause of that one employee. Update: did the same order and still got it wrong... again how can you mess up a meal with an extra side fries? read more

Terrible. Close to my parents so unfortunately I stop by every once in a while. Just moved back to town and recently went to get a cheeseburger and fries for my son. There were three customers in the restaurant and probably 5-8 employees and it took at least 15 min for my order (2nd in line). I noticed when I got home that there were two bottom buns for the burger (no top bun). You had 1 job!!!! read more

We were hesitant on going here due to the reviews, but we don't blame them. Ordered 6 count nuggets. He repeated our orders twice and still gave us 4 count nuggets. Asked for hot and spicy McChicken. Did not know it was not a Kansas thing, but he didn't tell us. So he took our order like it was available until we checked our order and it was just regular. When we told the staff, they said never heard of it before. Fries and nuggets tasted really bitter, probably because of the used, old oil. read more

My mother recently got terrible food poisoning from an egg McMuffin at this location. She ended up going to the ER. Also this location has terrible customer service, wait time, and always messes the orders up. read more

Ordered food online and when I arrived 7 minutes after I ordered and got into the parking spot for my food, they never delivered my food to me and when I walked into the store the managers and employees gave attitude to me and roommate. On another note they also messed up our orders. My roommate ordered a quarter pounder with cheese PLAIN, and they messed up and let everything on it. read more

This establishment has the absolute WORST crew. The shift leader/manager is screaming at her crew. They do not say thank you or anything for that matter. All they say is your total and look at you like they hate you and their job. One crew member left her headset on said "man, shut up". Although it wasn't directed to the customer, they still heard it and the manager yelled it loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. I was very uncomfortable eating here. I recommend just using the drive thru if this McDonald's is the only option. Such a bad experience. Wish I could've given 0 stars. read more

This place is nothing but a disaster. Everytime we go there it is a cluster. How is it every time we are in the drive thru we have to pull forward to wait or not get our order correct after repeating it to us. I don't know who the manager is but new management is definitely needed, along with new staff, no one knows what's going on. read more

Too bad, I was happy with this place for long time...But hired a screwed up night staffer who is verbally abusive. She was discussing hair in the food and guess what was in my salad?. I don't use this McDs any more...Also left people sitting in the drive-thru and served everyone else in other line ignoring some people for 15 minutes...I really don't like this kind of behavior on this corner as neighborhood is touchy and tough at night and any of this crazy crap could result in gun fire...I use McDs over at Greenwich and Kellogg...Most of the time, nothing is too wrong there. read more

Downfall of America...no one has any manners. Since I have kids and this is our 'local' McDs, we have to endure unfriendliness almost every visit. I have called the owner and once I called the store manager as I was driving away to ask if they train their employees not to use common courtesy, like saying 'Thank you' or 'Please' I get it, no one really wants to 'work' in a McDs but at least have the decency to say Thank You to the people that make it possible for you to have at least some money. It is not just this McDs, but all over America. I think McDs does train them to forget about common manners. :) Thank you for this opportunity to lodge my discontent. read more

Do NOT go here after midnight, the service slows to a crawl and they consistently mess up orders and the soda always tastes weird. The staff is nice enough, but the quality makes us use it as a last resort. Update! After avoiding this place for a year I gave them a shot. Ordered a number 4, got a number 3. I go to McDonald's quite often, especially with their $1 drink promotion going on. Believe it or not, I love their coffee haha. Anyways, I stopped at this one during a road trip and ordered a large coffee, black. The young lady at the register, propping her head up with her elbow on the register asks, "really? Just a coffee? No nothing?" With an attitude. I say yes, that's it, and hand her the money. She goes to the coffee maker, looks at it, walks over to the cups, looks at the coffee maker again, and looks at me to tell me, "the coffee's burnt, I'm gonna make a new one" that's where the the second star comes from. The missing stars are because while she was doing that, it seemed like everyone else who worked there was leaning against the counters talking all about their plans and personal lives, i.e., "how could you forget my birthday? You know it's on Christmas! And my sister's is on Christmas Eve!" While the guy who appeared to be the manager was standing right next to them trying to train a newbie (the same newbie had walked in with some paperwork at the same time as i ordered my coffee, in plain clothes. By the time I walked out with the coffee he was in his uniform standing next to the manager who was taking orders) A few minutes after the coffee was done (yes, I watched it because I needed it at the moment) the girl walked over to it again, looked, asked "you don't want anything in it?" And poured and handed it to me. While everyone else was standing around chit-chatting, I could see outside that the drive-through line was now around the building... I will not return, of course. Everyone here, newbie and manager excluded, just seemed really lazy like they didn't want anything to do with McDonald's. I would not order anything more complicated than coffee here. read more
