The line is usually longer than a giant rubber band snake. I've never seen one of those, but it sounds like it would be really long to me. At any rate, I was amazed by the high level of service, inside the store and at the drive-thru. I noticed they keep the dark roast available later than most other Starbucks stores. That's a big plus in my book. Great store!
