We dropped in for a Hot Nashville chicken sandwich. I got a large Mug root beer and Jalapeño poppers as my side. This was my first time getting the poppers and they're the best I've had from a fast food place in quite a while. They were extremely hot. This is a local chain that consists of chicken and fish with sides. They serve fried or grilled chicken and fried catfish. We decided to go with a 6 count chicken strip meal to share that comes with a yeast roll(slap yo mama good!) Battered French fries aaand it comes with country gravy to dip it all into! The tenders were made with actual good chicken tenderloins and although they don't have a lot of spice to then they are salted well and flavorful! The fries are yummy and that yeast roll is so freaking good! It's buttery and fluffy and soft all at the same time! The strips and fries sadly were not fresh and hot which is why they got 4 and not 5 stars. I think they threw in an extra 2 strips to say sorry! Which we were fine with. Haha This place is easily 5 stars when the food is fresh! I didn't get to try the catfish this visit but I've been told it's the best and a must try! read more

We ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal. Not one tender was any longer or wider than a finger. The gravy was the consistency of water, and the mashed potatoes lacked flavor. The amount of food we received for 10 dollars was not enough to feed a child, so we decided to taste the "complimentary" ice cream. The ice cream ran over the sides of the cone, and wasn't thick enough to maintain a shape. Also, the soda in the machine was terrible. The bathroom was a wreck with soap all over the floor and walls. There was not one good thing about this place. Just save your 10 dollars, you would be better off throwing it away. read more

Excellent service. We stopped in on a Friday, during Lent, and had the fried fish and shrimp combo. Everything was hot and fresh. Might have taken a second longer than the chicken orders - but honestly it was worth the wait. read more

Good service! Tried their spicy tenders with white gravy and zing sauce. Zing sauce elevates a decent chicken tender. I will say that I prefer Chicken Expresses tenders but love Golden Chick's yeast rolls...rolls tasted like a bigger Wingstop roll which are also yummy. Love the free vanilla ice cream when dining in. In the end, I will say that if I'm craving a good chicken tender, I will pick whichever is closer. Next time I'm gonna have to try their roasted chicken. read more

Stopped in at 10:45 AM to grab some chicken salad, cookies, & a big red (no judgement okay?!) Well the truck literally had pulled in as we were, so they didn't have anything but the big red. No biggie, we can come back later and get the other stuff, just wanted a drink for all the running around we were doing. The lady who took our order apologized multiple times and was super sweet. She wouldn't even let us pay for our drinks because she felt bad. 10/10 service as always. Their fried and roasted chicken is always fire. I never tried anything else before tonight. I ordered shrimp and they were good af. We are from CA, we give this fried chicken 10/10!! We got the 3 piece meal with fries and bread. The fries had been deep fried with seasoning, the chicken skin had just the right about of crispy and oil, the bread was amazingly buttery... but the best part of it, the meal only cost $8! read more

They don't close until 11 pm but we get there at 9:20 pm and the line is out the door. The young man at the counter is trying to get everyone taken care of while the manager is running around complaining. Everyone's order seems to be missing things or not correct. We are patient because we understand now that the manager tried to shut everything down at 9 & then all these cars pull up within 15 minutes of her doing her closing routine. We go outside to eat on the patio and we watch her lock us outside! We walked around the building to get refills & tell her since she locked us out they would need to chase the trash down because there aren't any trash cans outside. My wife and I went here a few weeks ago. The food and the service was terrible. The regional manager contacted me and offered to give my wife and I another dinner at the location of our choice. We chose Southwest Parkway. He promised to mail the coupons out right away. I think he is having someone walk them to my house since they have never arrived. Went through the drive thru today and ordered a family meal. We live on the other side of town but we happened to be passing by and had never visited this location. We should have checked our bag, since the person in front of us had items missing, but judging by the amount of food that appeared to be there we figured everything was there. We got home, noticed that a gravy was missing. No big deal, but we were missing one of the sides that came with the family meal we had ordered. After my husband got back with the food they forgot the rest of our meal was cold, because he was told he had to get in line, as there were several others waiting for their missing items too. They were not busy when we went through the first time so these errors were needless.Very poor customer service and sub par food. Salty gravy that was way too thick and mashed potatoes that were like glue. Oh well, the dog had a good meal I guess.
