Disappointing experience...We had never been to a Jersey Mikes but had heard about them for years. We ordered our sandwiches and I asked to add different vegetables. They wrapped up my sandwich while I was still waiting to tell them what I wanted. I was disappointed but chose not to make a fuss when they offered to add what I requested. I decided to let it slide. However, when we got home, the bread was completely soaked with Ranch dressing. It was so bad that the bottom of the bread was pure mush and I had to eat it with a fork. I must say that I was blown away with the superb remodel as it went more into the calming blue beach scene with fantastic customer service. Had the worst experience and service at this location today, they had me pay before making my sandwiches, then they only make one sandwich, bag it and set it aside. As I continue to wait they finally come out hand me two sandwiches in their rappers and not the third, I explain that I had another sandwich that was already made and she didn't know where it was. After asking other employees she finds it, takes it out of the bag and hands me the sandwich. This was a to go order, now I'm left holding three sandwiches when she walks away without saying anything. I was already frustrated by the way she handled my order that I chose to leave instead of talking to a manager. I could tell that it would have not made a difference. This has got to be the worst Jersey Mike's order that I have ever received. First of all the order wasn't correct by saying that I ordered my husband's sandwich to have the oil and vinegar on the side which was not done and then they put extra oil and vinegar all over it. That was ordered as the Italian sub. My sandwich which I ordered in a wrap was supposed to be a California avocado apple smoked bacon and it had some kind of pesto stuff on it which made it taste nasty, so I don't know what happen either you didn't follow the order or didn't read the order or somebody didn't check the order but the order was all wrong. Almost $30 for two sandwiches and I'm sorry to say you are not a cut above but a cut way below and you have slid down to the bottom of my list, unfortunately I have to give you a one star because there are no zero stars. The service was terrible, unfortunately I didn't catch the two employees names but all they did was argue with each other and give an attitude every time I had to repeat myself. I had to repeat myself because they were attempting to do the opposite of whatever I said I either wanted or didn't want on my sandwich. I had to tell them 4 different times which type of bread I wanted and when I asked for pickles and jalapeños the guy looked at me and was like "really"?! Obviously this place needs to have a shift supervisor on sight to babysit because no customer should have to deal with that. read more

This little sandwich shop, tucked in the corner of a strip mall, is just a great place to get a little lunch. I dropped in this store many times, not solely for the food, but for the vibe and customer service. Nick.... the fella that makes my sandwich, he must live in the back room, because he is always here, dedication at its finest. (No I don't believe he truly lives in the back room) That fella goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable, you order exactly they way you want, and that you get it how you want it. Jersey Mike's is a chain, I ate it in Nebraska, so the food is average, I gave a very low star rating in Nebraska because of the staff, and I am giving a higher rating here for the same reason. The staff at this location make the dining experience! Shout out to Nick! Took my parents who came in from out of town there to eat. I placed my order then my step mom tried to place her order. The fuel just walked off in the middle of her order. Another girl walks up and says to my dad Do you know what you want? I said I am not sure if they got her order yet. She rolls her eyes and yells at my dad who is hard of hearing... DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT? I said you don't have to be rude or yell. Then she started yelling at me and the manager came up taking her side and defending her yelling at me and my family. We have been long time customers but will never go back! If you allow your employees to talk to customers like that then there is something seriously wrong with your managerial skills! Red flag two- the ENTIRE plaza is trashed! Red flag three- inside is dirty under the tables Red flag four- not very friendly worker. Only one worker!! So I learned... Look at the plazas. Compare. I've now given Jersey Mike's three chances and all three have fallen flat. I think it might be just this particular location because I've eaten at this chain before and I've liked it well enough. However, I think the way they prepare the sandwiches is sloppy. The employees aren't trained very well and it seems like there is always a problem with my sandwich. And the last time I was here the entire soda fountain had weird tasting beverages, as though every one of the syrups needed to be changed out. A woman brought a puppy in and the woman that was making the sandwiches held the dog and got dog hair all over her apron and then started making sandwiches again. Very nasty place. really a great sandwich the meat is not cheap lunch meat or processed cheese . this was real authentic Italian meats and cheeses the downside is the bread was toasted on a grill it does not toast as well as the toasters you have at the other sandwich places. This place is a lot like Subway in that it serves made-in-front-of-you sub sandwiches on freshly baked bread but it's a little different. It has an East Coast flair with Philly Cheese steaks and other things, Italian meats, that Subway doesn't offer. If you like sandwiches and want something different, you'll like this place. I didn't expect much---thought it would be like Subway---which I love, but the Chipolte Cheese Steak was one of the best cheese steaks I've ever had. Just left there. Went in at 12:26. It took 24 minutes to order. There were 8 people in front of me. They had three people working during lunch. Once I ordered I sat there for 5 minutes and watched flies swarm my sandwich while it sat there. I realized it was going to be another 5-10 minutes to pay. I only have a hour lunch break. I had to leave empty handed. Do not, I repeat do not go here during lunch.
