I went inside and ordered a to go because i hate going through the drive through even though it was empty, my chicken came back like rubber and so i asked if they could make it again, you would expect the second time it would be better but i got home to find out it was worse than the first time, so i sat for about 15 minutes and got lied to about being taken care of, the store was dead cmon its deep fry not rocket science, fast food is getting slower worse and more expensive, it had no justification, makes me feel like opening my own fast food place to show them how its done. read more

My friends and I went to this McDonalds at 8:30pm (it says they don't close until 11pm on their door and on Google) and we went to walk into their lobby and the doors were locked. So naturally we went to the drive through and there was someone in front of us who had been waiting for 10 minutes and no one was taking his order. They had nothing on any of the doors or windows saying that they closed early and all the lights were off as well. read more

My husband and I were in Williamston today and went to this McDonald's, and it is by far the best McDonald's I've ever ate at in my life. The bun on my cheese burger was perfectly crisp around the edges(who does that?) the pickles were the best I've ever had period. The onions were fresh. We ate our food, then went back and purchased more. On top of the food the whole restaurant was newly remodeled and the service was great. I will be driving back the 45 miles from my house just to show others in my family this wonderful find. I did over hear another couple complaining, they wanted to bring their used old McDonald's cups from home and reuse them, yuck! The staff told them no, thank goodness. It is too bad this McDonald's got some bad reviews, I think sometimes customers think they are royalty. read more

Placed food order through mobile app and when I arrived I checked in and waited 15 minutes for someone to come out and tell me they did not have my order. I has to show them the order confirmation with the location to prove I did order. I thought by doing to mobile ordering it would be easier then waiting in the drive thru. Very disappointment. Terrible. Lived here for 3 years and the food is always a 10-15 minute wait and the staff has an attitude when you ask why. Yesterday (a usual occurance) the card reader was down so I gave Webberville my business and now today (terrible cold rainy weather) I was asked to come inside to place my order because the system was down so again, had to drive to Webberville. Multiple times the ice cream machine is "down" and you must ALWAYS pull over and wait for your food to be cooked fresh- even nuggets! It's not Culvers? What happend to FAST FOOD? By far, the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Management keeps changing and you will AT LEAST be in line for 10 minutes or get the wrong order. read more

Often slow service, frequently get order wrong, and generally indifferent attitude with problems. I agree with other reviewer - if it's takeout, check the order before you leave!!! After my track meet we went there to get dinner through the drive thru... mind you it was almost 9pm so things should have went quickly but unfortunately we waited for 35 mins just to get a few McChickens, Fry and a Coke. Upon opening our bag we found cold sandwiches and cold soggy fry's. I do not recommend this McDonalds to anyone you would be better off going to the local subway or little Caesar's. read more

It's sad how slow they are, every time I've gone through the drive through I've had to pull forward and wait for food. It makes it worse when then you don't even get all your food and half of what you do get is cold bc they bagged it while waiting for the other food. It is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Now I understand you get what you pay for, but you don't even get that at this McDonald's. I large sized a meal at breakfast, they charged me for an extra hash brown. I told them that a large breakfast comes with two hash browns, the manager literally told me I was wrong. That's right, MANAGEMENT DOESN'T EVEN KNOW THE MENU. And these people want $15 an hour, yeah right. Fries are always cold, I'm usually missing half my meal, hell one time I had a blonde hair in my food that was at least 8" long. When I complained to the long blond haired manager, she told me she had no idea where it came from. Hahaha, I'll give you one guess! I'm not making this crap up, they are seriously just awful. They take zero pride in there work. Just a few weeks ago I open my burger and all the toppings were in the corner of the box. No joke people, THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD'S EVER. I only wish there was an option for zero stars, cuz that's how many they deserve. The only reason they're still in business is because McDonald's is the only fast food restaurant in Williamston. Very slow service. Incorrect orders often (drive thru and inside). Make sure you check your food bags before leaving every time. Staff is ok, it's hit or miss. It's always clean inside. read more
