Dudes, includes everyone,..... I know fast food is convenient and quick on the run.... No one needs this stuff but if you haven't packed a lunch as you are on the road or just need some food to keep you alive McDonalds is so consistent and good to me. I know not good for me.... I get it. BUT this location delivered me, THE Best quarter pounder w/cheese I've ever had at a McD's location. My only complaint is the same with every location. Dude where is the mustard ! I gotta have it. And it's like they just dust their burgers w mustard. Everywhere. All said, this was such a good burger from them, Ck out the pic..... plenty o pickles and onion. yeah, ok the cheese is off center...... the woman taking orders and payment was really sweet, let's just gibe these people some grace.... What an important job that pays little and has to be monotonous... I wish this was the staff I dealt with at all locations! Highway pitstop. Kinda busy on a holiday weekend. Friendly service, if a bit frazzled. K had a Happy Meal, of course, and liked it. Also a frozen Sprite and loved it. Mom had a cheeseburger which was okay. I got a McDouble with bacon. It was... a slider. So small. Two skinny burgers. Edible, but not close to filling. Oh, well. My family and I will often stop for McDonald's on road trips because it's quick and cheap. I've never been able to eat it, because everything on their menu is either disgusting, or I can't eat it, because I use a gluten-free diet. Even their French fries have wheat. One day, we were traveling to the beach, (by car), and we were all hungry. The only restaurant nearby was McDonald's, so we stopped. I had actually saw that they had salads, and I was super excited to try. As soon as we got to the window, we found out that they had discontinued the salads, and I ended up just drinking watery rootbeer for dinner. Their burgers aren't very good. I tried wheat a while back and had a burger. The cheese was so processed, it tasted like paper. The patty itself was dry and really crusty, and the bun had been flattened so much that it was practically non-existent. read more

Drive through experience We arrived at 7:30 am & went through the drive thru. It took about 15 min from start to finish. Every body we encountered was friendly and courteous. I've been to slow McDonald's but this location takes slow to a whole new level, I've been multiple times and every time even with ordered on the app I can't get in and out I. Less than an hour. Came in on Saturday 9/16/23- Bill came to 11.75. Handed young woman 21.75 and asked for two 5s or a ten to make change... She refuses and told me she wasn't allowed to make change and hands me coins instead. I sit in my car for five minutes... Finally I pull forward- Another employee comes and I asks for the manager... First employee came through the window and screams at me for 5 minutes about why she couldnt make change... Finally I get a manager and I ask her name... He reluctantly tells me her name is Abby and he's been trying to fire her for her attitude for three weeks... Makes my original change...Can hear her screaming about me from the drive thru through the restaurant...Burgers are burnt...Fries are cold... And she had a giant booger hanging out of her nose... Waited in line for 30 minutes, just to come up to the intercom and no one took our order. Drove to the window and they said they are under staffed so they aren't taking orders... would've been nice to know. They could've out a paper out there, or told us through the intercom. read more

This is a nice McDonald's. If you're driving from Cincinnati to Columbus (or vice versa) this is a good place to stop. Service was friendly, and my egg mcmuffin was perfect and hot. Keep driving unless it's off hours. 8/5/17 it took 30 min on a Saturday to receive our order. Staff was very friendly and food was good but fries cold from waiting so long on tray. This McDonalds gets four stars for good reason. I stop here as a bathroom/breakfast stop on my trips from Louisville to Columbus to visit family. The ease of getting on and off the highway could not be better. The majority of our stops take 10 minutes or less depending on the breakfast line. The bathrooms are always stocked and clean and the staff is friendly and efficient on the whole. They are often very busy Saturday mornings as it must be a local breakfast spot. If in the need for a McDonalds or quick stop, I highly recommend. read more

forgot one of the large fries, forgot a sprite, fries that we did get were cold, forgot the happy meal, half the order was missing or wrong

Went to buy a large coke in a Styrofoam cup and was told they do not use the Styrofoam cup any longer because of the environment. Wont buy from them ever again because the plastic cups accumulate so much sweat on the side of the cup it makes them hard to hold. read more

I've been in this restaurant only a few times, but every time I've gone in there it's horrible. All of the female managers are condescending and patronizing to their employees. A few times there wasn't even a manager in the front area. I can only assume the short, fat one sitting in the back texting and eating was the manager. She had no idea what was going on, or she just didn't care that her employees were getting hit by the lunch rush. The other one, who everyone called Chris, was the worst of them all. She border line yelled at every customer if she had to go out of her way to get them something, or just got an attitude and made a disgusted face. Whenever her employees needed something she would blow them off and she yelled at her kitchen employees if they didn't have the food within 5 seconds of it being ordered. The third manger was pretty terrible too. She just wanted to stand around and talk. She never did any work. And even did things that even i would deem questionable in a fast food working environment. She cooks food in the fryers that aren't fries. That don't even belong in the place. Which, to me, is contamination. And for some reason there always seemed to be barely any people working with her. Whether she sent them home early just because she could or because they don't want to work with her. But everyone was having to bust their butts to get stuff out quickly because they were so under staffed. The employees always look miserable when they have to work with these women. However, when they work with the male managers, the place runs smoothly. Food is fresh, fast. No yelling. Everyone is chatting, laughing, and enjoys their jobs. The managers are actually up front helping the employees, not just sitting on their butts eating, or talking, or just screaming because the employee asked a simple question. Bottom line, this McDonald's needs to be under new management. Get rid of the people who don't do their jobs and promote the ones who do. The place would be in a lot better shape than it is now. I'll continue to come to this place, but not to buy anything, just to see the chaos and continue to report on how disgusted i am everytime i walk into this place. read more
