The owner doesn't care about anything except your money. My daughter had a life threatening seizure in the drive thru line. While my wife made sure she was okay, another customer called 911 and the Manager shut down the line. When the owner arrived he saw what was happening. He was only concerned about the line being closed. He actually asked for the ambulance to be moved from the line while the entire team in the ambulance was making sure my daughter was going to live! I hope the man who owns the restaurant does not, and can not, have children or anyone relying on his care. I've also tried to contact customer service about this and they keep telling me I will receive a reply from this location owner. It's been weeks and nothing. read more

literally the worst mcdonald's ever. i ordered sweet tea and the canister was empty so i asked a worker to fill up and they gave me unsweetened tea so i politely asked for sweet tea and said i was given unsweetened and the worker proceeded to argue and said that's how they brew their tea. Passing through and stopped at this McDonald's. Ordered Big Mac value meal. Cost was 10 dollars but food was freshly made hot and fries were out of this world. Not greasy. Fries golden brown and crispy outside and fluffy inside. Pleasantly surprised and enjoyed every bite. read more

Terrible service. We went into the drive thru to order our meal and after we asked for a grimace shake and a girl worker politely said they are "out for tonight". However, she was then suddenly rudely interrupted by what sounded like the manager with a very deep voice, who yelled "WE ARE OUT OF THEM PERMANENTLY!". This manager yelled this twice at us. #1 why would we want want to continue with our order and eat from your establishment after being yelled at. #2 this was clearly a lie as they are advertising it. Terrible service at the drive thru! Young girl at pick up window with attitude... I asked if there was ketchup and sauce as requested and she said "yes." Checked the bags and there was not any, so waited at window and girl handed me like 50 ketchup packets. I said I don't need that many, just a couple. She took Some back, closed the window, threw her hands up, and glared at me while I checked the rest of the order. I go to this McDonalds because it is the closest one to my house. However, it is not the best. Numerous times the forgot the sauce for the McNuggets. Now McDonalds advertises limit run items such as the spicy ban chickn sandwiches, and the chicken McGriddles. They started serving the spicy ban sandwiches 3 weeks after the other McDonalds in the area, as for the chicken McGriddles, the item is shown on their menu display, but the don't know anything about it. Even though they have the McGriddles and the chicken party for other menu items, they refuse to make the sandwich. This place has gone drastically downhill in the last 18 months. Nice atmosphere and good food. The play area is very nice for kids and it was one of the cleanest I've been to!

After the Southside we met with a designated driver. We rode out with the muncies to this Mcdonbwals and yes with two stars, I have experienced better. My apple pie smelt like a vacuum bag, my 7-Up was flat as pancakes. I suppose my double cheeseburger was OK. The pickles were cold as ice, which was - to say the least - disquieting.
