So today I was starving after running around, so stopped by and I like there 4/$4 deal, which fills Me up perfectly. It's a 4 piece nugget,a small fries, small drink and a junior bacon cheese burger ( I request ketchup only). I went through the drive thru, it was lunch time. Only complaint was the jr. We went through the drove through at Wendy's 11 pm. The website and hours posted on store claimed they were still open. Nobody took our orders at the drive-through menu/speaker. After waiting several minutes and pulling up to the first window, there were multiple workers in site who were clearly trying to avoid eye contact. Again, after waiting several minutes, it was clear the workers on staff were trying to avoid working. We left disappointed and hungry. Please don't get your hopes up coming here after 10 PM. read more

Food is fine, but service leaves a lot to be desired. My elderly father placed an order at the drive-thru, and despite it being repeated back to him, one item was completely missed. He drove home, only to realize the order was incomplete. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the manager was not very kind or empathetic. A simple apology for the inconvenience of making the trip back would have gone a long way. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future. read more

Back inside this WIND GAP, PA location lurks a person of management that acts in favor of the company. After I ordered reading to what the order taker offered me. She presented to the cashier window, standing behind the cashier, essentially overriding the order takers explanation of what my survey code entitled me to order. BEWARE folks who are filling out their THIRD PART SURVEY just to be rewarded a PLAIN single 2 ounce burger authorized by the manager there. Its a complete joke. We needed a bathroom break as as well as a quick meal on our drive back to Baltimore. We saw a Wendy's sign and off the freeway we went. Each of us went with the $4 combo meal and the meals came out quick. It came with small cheeseburger, small fries, 5 pieces chicken nuggets, and small drink with free refill. Foods tasted pretty good in the fast food world. Employees were friendly and bathrooms were clean. This Wendy's had two mounted cabled TVs and a fire place, none of us had ever seen before in any other Wendy's. Wendy's satisfied our hunger and got us back on the road fast. read more

Very friendly smiley employees here polite as all get out but no dressings in take out order for the 4 salads ordered today and not enough forks either. Too bad because usually this ia a 7 star location. Love those people anyway and everyone makes mistakes ..... lots of problems with the audio speaker system when ordering as the lady taking the order told me she was having difficulty hearing so had to repeat 3 times for her. Sad but still love the employees there. Better lick next time I guess....................... Terrible place. Wasn't able to pay for the order, because both cards didn't go through. Came on truck and asked a person with the Wendy's hat, how we can get an order without drive through. The lady said she doesn't know how. What a help. Spent 30 minutes trying to order and figure out how to get the food for nothing. This is the best Wendy's I have ever been too. Our car broken down on the highway. We were all hungry and help for us was over an hour away. My son and I walked to Wendy's while my husband and daughter stayed in the car. I explained that our car broke down and we are walking back. They put everything in a handle bag for us. The two gentlemen at the counter we very nice and helpful. They even gave my son a toy without buying a kids meal. They even gave us a couple of frosty to cheer us all up. My daughter was very happy for the frosty when we got back to the car. Thank you so much for caring. We really appreciate it!! read more

Every time I come to this location my order is either messed up or missing something. The food is your typical Wendy's but be sure to always pull over and check your food before driving away, as it's wrong 95% of the time. My order was missing chicken nuggets on Tuesday, and today my burger was messed up. read more

One of the worst service I received. No crowd and all the workers wee just chatting away while we waited for service. We were basically ignored until they knew that they couldn't make us wait any longer. When I placed the orders, Mariaha, host name on receipt was snickering when she couldn't understand my accent. All the time, body language and expressions indicated the lack of patience, basically sending the "don't feel like being here" message. The sad thing is that she wasn't the only one with that behavior. The workers continue to socialize in the work areas while customers were ignored. Won't be returning for sure. With such bad attitude, I am afraid to think if that attitude carries into food prep and general cleanliness.. read more

Most wonderful fastfood establishment in the east. I am an avid hamburger connoisseur and food critic with a taste for perfection and this specific location is the golden goose egg of them all. I had placed an order and within moments it was was before my eyes, not a studder or stagger in customer service. They even graciously apologized for making me wait more than 26 seconds and gave me a free frosty while I waited. Although I reside in New York, I will be back. 10/10 would bang. read more
