Don't get me wrong- I love Arby's! But this location is just not a good one. The store is always dirty, from the glass doors to the counter to the sauce station. But it was our way so we stopped. The cleanliness was terrible. Dirty glass doors almost made me turn back. The sauce station had old dried up splatters-- and was out of horsey sauce. The drink station was no better- and neither side dispensed any ice! The staff was friendly enough but I sure wish all that hair was in a hair net!! Classic roast beef's had cold buns and lukewarm meat. The fry station had poor leftovers all over, but at least our order was hot and fresh. This place had so much potential, but it really needs a deep clean and staff training on food hygiene and safe serve standards. Where is the owner??!! I don't normally like Arby's and there are things about this sandwich that I would do very differently, but the fact that they were willing to make it for me and that it wasn't super expensive is worth 3 stars. I am talking about the meat mountain! I would warm up all the meats and melt the cheese. That would have made this a 4 star review. Half the meats were cold and the cheese was just tossed on there. I've gone to this Arby's several times, most recently on a Friday evening when several other nearby restaurants are so busy that customers have long wait times before getting seated. The food I ordered was good, the only problem I noticed was the lack of help to serve customers in a timely manner. Being able to serve customers in a timely manner is key to survival, overall I've been pleased with their food and service. read more

Yum!! This is one of the best Arby restaurants in the area. Usual menu items, but friendly staff make it that much better. Fresh made sandwich, benchmark curly fries are all worth the trip. Had a mishap, dropped my goopy need of a roast beef sandwich, loaded with the horsey sauce of course. Cashier, Erin, was right there to aid the cleanup efforts, and got me a new sandwich too. Worst arbys I've ever been too. Came here twice thinking the first time was just a fluke but no way. The first time waited 25 min in the drive threw with 3 cars ahead of me and still got my order wrong and ended up sitting at the window for another 10 min. Second time waited 20 min and got my order wrong again even after they said it back to me when i ordered. Ended up just getting my money back instead of waiting another 10 minutes. This place has been getting bad. Today with 3 cars in front of me I ordered a roast beef sandwich and a coke. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was 20mins. I got back to work to find that it was a beef and cheddar. Drove back and went in and told them and waited another 15 mins till I got a cold roast beef sandwich after having to ask where it was again. Few Arby's locations seem to "stack up" to the #meatcraft moniker the restaurant has recently adopted. Too often, it seems that this chain "has the meats", but not the brains or the commitment to cleanliness you would expect from an upper-tier fast food joint. That said, every time I visit the location in Wind Gap, PA I am consistently impressed with their service. Everyone at the counter has been memorably helpful and/or apologetic when something goes wrong. I actually enjoy dining in here because the tables, floors, and chairs are the cleanest I've ever seen at any Arby's. It's hardly ever busy, but on the rare occasions that I have had to wait the staff was efficient and friendly and once even gave me a free shake just for waiting. As I type this review, I'm savoring the flavor and aroma of my loaded curly fries and jalapeno roast beef slider. OMG so, so good! Like everything else I've ever had here. If you're looking for a great fast food experience in the Poconos/Lehigh valley area, it's very tough to beat Arby's of Wind Gap, PA. read more

This place is a complete mess. They are out of everything to the point they just locked their doors at 6:00 when they close at 11. Lucky or possibly unlucky for us, we got here before they closed, but have been waiting almost 15 minutes for our food, here's hoping the food is at least good. Great food and good service. They lack some meat once in awhile as compared to other locations that seem to really fill the sandwich.

The staff was very rude and absent. Went to the drive through about an hour before close and no one was there so I parked and my friend tried the door, knocking, yelling "hello", everything....then we try the drive through again and it was again silence so my friend is flipping out then finally someone is there and gave us major attitude after her and the other employees were no where to be found for 15-20 mins. read more
