I pulled into the drive through at 10:15 and by 10:35 I finally made it to the window and they told me they were no longer serving breakfast. If there could be a worse McDonald's.... I sure aint seen it yet. Half the time if I don't check my order its wrong. You're gonna wait 8+ minutes in the Drive thru even if no one is in the dang drive thru. Inside its just as bad. With the whole "Order yourself" Screens they act like your inconveniencing them if you flag them down for help of any sort. Your better off going to the Food Lion in the parking lot, getting all the fixin's to make your food, go home cook it and eat it. Absolutely a horrible experience walking in this place now because of the kiosks in place. They are not user friendly and the employees only want to ring you up on the kiosks. If I wanted to fight a touch screen that doesn't respond to touch then this is the place I want to be. I want human interaction that goes faster and smoother. Chicken fillet sandwich had hard chunks and grizzle in it. When I contacted McDonalds Corporate to complain they had the Manager contact me. He promised to send a coupon to make up for the bad food. Never did. Always long lines at drive through and it takes forever to get your order. This is by far the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. The kids that work in there could care less about the customers. Waited 5 minutes for the group to breakup their social chats in order to pay. Then waited 20 more minutes for my food to arrive, which never did. Went back to the counter to inquire about my order, had to wait on their social chats again. Basically I got pissed told the manager that I wanted my money back. The manager apologized, said it was her first day at this location. I told her good luck because she was going to need it. Went in this morning and used the kiosk to order with my husband since there wasn't anyone at the register. Well it took a while to get our food but whatever they were busy so it didn't bother me. Then when we asked a question the employee was rude and acted like we were stupid. We finally got our food and went to the car and they forgot the hash browns we ordered so my husband returned and asked to get them and when he came back we only had two of the four we ordered and didn't realize it till we had already gone down the road. So after wasting time and money, we won't be going back. It's ridiculous to have to wait that long and then be acted as if you're and inconvenience, not get the amount of food you ordered and then the food be gross. read more
