The Bison burger was full of delicious flavor and cooked to my preference. One of the best burger spots in Winston Salem. The staff is always kind and eager to serve. Very creative burgers on the menu, perfectly cooked to order. My favorite is the Hawaiian Cowboy which is slightly sweet, slightly spicy and topped with bacon so obviously it's delicious. Best blue cheese dressing as well. The decor is even more amazing though. Cin Cin or "tchin tchin" is a popular term in Europe that translates to "cheers" and the space is filled with Prohibition era memorabilia and graphics. You're greeted by a legit photograph of a mountain of barrels that were confiscated by the Dry Agents (one of many at the time). Take the time to visit the toilets as well as they are covered to the brim by real photographs of people celebrating breaking the drinking laws. I was surprised to realize I have forgotten to post a review for Cin Cin after all these years! I've gone a handful of times and enjoyed myself every time! The restaurant is clean and a fun vibe with speakeasy decor. They also have a fully covered patio area that is climate controlled, which I found to be quieter than the interior, aside of traffic noise. Service is also fast and friendly. I have yet to get anything that has disappointed me, in terms of food. My usual go-to is the peanut butter burger, but this time I went with the fried chicken sandwich. Decent plate of food for $12.50. That sandwich was stacked with bacon, cheese, and brown sugar mustard, with a nicely salted pretzel bun to top it off, and the hot chips on the side were excellent! The rest of my family enjoyed their meals as well. As I said, you can grab something off their large menu for relatively cheap, or you can pile on and make it an expensive meal. My only gripe was the 2.75% "operational fee" on the bill. I was not informed about it ahead of time, and it is a turn off to have higher cost of living/operating being expressly passed off onto the customer like that. I just don't like that as a business practice in general, but then I could go on my soap box for quite some time, so I'll spare that in this review. All that to say, that aside, I really enjoy the food and service at Cin Cin, and I'm sure I'll be back before too long. Hopefully they will have removed the extra operational fee by then. read more

Been a while since we've been here but we tried some new things and loved it all! I heard great things about the Athens bowl and it lived up to the hype! Great healthy variety of food all in one dish and so flavorful! Got the kids Mac and cheese and burgers for our kiddos and will say the Mac and cheese might be one of my favorites in Winston! Let's break it down: * Pub Pretzel Sticks with Cheese Dip: WOW. These were absolutely delicious. This night the ice cream creations were plenty filling by themselves. Rich. The icecream is from Hershey's if I recall correctly and the quality is 2nd to none. For me add in salty pretzels and caramel and the extra flavor compliment and bring everything full to the taste buds. To be a little healthier in name I got a sizeable pita and hummus board with perfectly and delicately seasoned hummus. My girlfriends waffle fries (my favorite kind) we crisped perfectly and nicely hot when served. The place is know for burgers made to specifications guaranteed to satisfy. Really cool layout and varying styles of decor and art work. Options to sit inside or out. And a full bar bench. Place offers so much. A friend and I came in for burgers during the week after Christmas. Good time to catchup and celebrate the new year. It was his first time here. When I got there he already had ordered Santorini fries, which are a plate of curl-cut (steak size) fries doused in honey and feta cheese and then sprinkled with mint. This was the first time I've had this and I enjoyed it. I saw the green freckles, but didn't taste mint. The salt and honey went well together with the feta. I'm not sure if the honey is different somehow or if the heat changed the flavor, but it had almost a partial breakfast syrup flavor. I ordered the Red Dragon Bison burger, which comes with Red Dragon cheese, caramelized onion, mushrooms, and a garlic aioli. This burger is MESSY (but tasty). It was cooked just as I asked for (medium.) Red Dragon is a blended Welsh Cheddar cheese with wholegrain mustard seeds & Welsh ale. It's an interesting flavor and I think it goes nicely with the pile of caramelized goodness. After tasted the burger as built, I did add a bit of yellow mustard to it because that's what I like to do to burgers. I find the tang is usually missing. I had a side of steamed broccoli. It was slightly overcooked, but it was hot and tasted just fine. Lastly, Isaac was our server. Super nice, uber available, imminently the ideal wait staff.
