I have eaten here 3 times. Each time the service was great and the drive through is good. The issue is that each time the item I ordered and what I got were. I ordered sausage burritos and got an egg Mac muffin. I ordered Steak egg and cheese bagel and 2X got a bacon egg and cheese. I found this out after getting to work and returning was not an option. So paying for a higher priced item and getting a less expensive item is wrong and you have to ask who is checking these orders for accuracy. read more

So we went to this location as a second option to get a special Meal today. Line was very long because of this and also it was late lunch time. Two cars had to wait outside the line because their order wasn't done yet. For us, fries were hard as if they were cooked an hour before because they were expecting lots of people. I am glad we went before to Bothell location. Staff was OK when we asked for the colour of the minigure. They answered with just a polite "we don't know " so we could keep moving. I would have thought they were too busy (and they were. Don't get me wrong). But after going to another location first, under the same circumstances, I can't let it pass today :( read more

Our food came late, took about 30 to 40 minutes for two sandwiches to come out with a shake and a drink... Not to mention one of the cheeseburgers didn't even have meat. one of the worst experiences with McDonald's I've had so far. this was just horrible. read more

My server was a Red short haired women with face piercings and a young individual. i have witnessed her flirting with multiple customers including asking my husband for his phone number. I think this is completely embarrassing for the company and the staff. I have never felt a reason not to come to mcdonald's but this worker has made the experience horrible and uneasy. Did a mobile order. No other cars were waiting. Waited 15 minutes after app said the order was being prepared and would bring it out. Finally went in and the cashier was rude. Said they had no orders. I gave her my order number and she found the ticket and they started preparing my order. Not even a simple sorry and they were not busy. read more

McDonald's Woodinville location is the nearest to my home so I come to grab a strawberry smoothie about twice a week. Fast service, friendly faces, quiet environment. It's very rare to see such an upgraded restaurant. Nothing awful or positive at this McDonald's. One word description: mediocrity. read more

We went through the drive through at this location recently for breakfast sandwiches. The drive through line had about 6 cars in front of us and we thought it wouldn't take too long for 6 cars, and joined the line. It took us about 20 mins to get to the window to order, and we were told they weren't serving breakfast after 10:30am, it was 10:32am when we started ordering and we told him we had been in line for about 20 mins and got the same answer. Instead of arguing we ordered Buttermilk Crispy Chicken sandwiches, after paying we were asked to pull ahead and wait as it would take a couple more mins for our order to be ready. It finally took about 10 mins to get our sandwiches. I don't think we are coming back here anytime soon, a fast food drive through shouldn't take 30mins. read more

I was promised a call back from the franchise owners of this location from corporate due to the screw-up they made on my kids meals, but after two months it has been completely silent. Shame on you McDonalds for being one of the few fast food giants that couldn't care less about your customers. read more

Why is this place so slow? And why is there no drink machine inside? There was a sign that said that they were conserving to keep costs down and thus no drink machine but other McDonald's places in the area are not the same way. They went back to pre-covid ways and seem to be doing fine. The place has really gone downhill, and they don't seem to want to improve or at least go back to what they were before Covid. McDonald's located in Woodinville, WA MANAGER THREATENED TO TAKE ME OUT OF MY CAR AND MAKE IT SO I NEVER COME BACK I ordered 2 1/4 pounders with cheese, 2 Filet of Fish, 4 cinnamon rolls and a Large Mocha Frappe. There was a slow moving long line. I placed my order and was told to wait with the other four cars. After 20 minutes, one manager walks up to my car and asked "did you order quarter pounders with cheese?" I said "Yes", he handed me this little bag. I then said "but I ordered a lot more food". He then reached into my car and snatched the bag just given to me and said "YOU JERK I asked you if you ordered 1/4 pounders with cheese". I said "You are the jerk." Then another manager came with my large bag of food and said " You can't be calling him names". I said "He called me a jerk". I asked "Where is my receipt?" The first manager said "you're not getting a receipt. GET OUT OF HERE!" The second manager then screamed and in a menacing posture threatened me " I AM GOING TO TAKE YOU OUT OF YOUR CAR AND MAKE IT SO YOU NEVER COME BACK". I stated all of this was being taped. Upon hearing this, one manager then restrained and dragged the other manager away by his arm quickly back into the restaurant. Immediately I went to the police station to file a report. Have been McDonald's customer for 50 years. Like any fast food place I've had me share of food that has spent way too much time under the heat lamp but I've never had anything like what I had today. The fries were cold and soggy, looked liked they had been under a heat lamp for hours. The bun on the burger was stale. The burger was cold and dried out, again like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. The crazy thing is they had only been open for lunch for an hour. It tasted like food that had been maybe made the night before and stuck in a refrigerator overnight? Whatever the case I'll never go back to this location. read more

So if anyone had to choose only one word to describe McDonald's, one choice might be, fast. One could argue that fast is the ONLY reason they ever go there. So today at 10:25am, I waiting in the drive-thru for 26 minutes for 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins. Do not come to this restaurant if you want people to be treated like humans. My buddy works here and he is treated like an object or a robot by most managers, one in particular. I wish I liked this restaurant, my kids love McDonald's but this place consistently delivers bad food or the wrong food. We always bring the line to a halt while we unpack everything because at least 50% of the time we are shorted food. You would think with the law of averages that we would be given extra food 50% of the time but that has never happened. The quality control is poor, I've ordered a fillet a fish sandwich and had the cheese halfway off the fish and sliding out of the bun more times than not. The burgers are assembled in a sloppy manner. This is just a very poorly run restaurant so I assume their cleanliness practices inside reflect the same value. This is the best McDonald's in our area. The owners of this franchise have trained employees well and insist on high standards. I've gotten cold food, crummy fries, the wrong thing, and have had other problems at other outlets, but they get it right almost always here. Right now, I am pathetically addicted to sausage biscuits and hash browns, so I have lots of data to work with. ;-) I'm greeted in a friendly way, served hot food, and thanked 9 times out of 10 here. Down in Factoria, the greeting is usually friendly, but half the time, the food is not piping hot and the staff thank me when I pay maybe 4 times out of 10. Big difference. And the dining room and restrooms are always clean in Woodinville... a big plus if you like to go inside to eat. read more
