We walked into the restaurant and waited for ten minutes and we're not waited on so we decided to go through the drive thru I got a 6 piece m nuggets in my bag when I ordered a 20 piece,when my wife called to let them know the woman on the phone didn't give her name or the managers name when asked. Clean Bathrooms! Inside is open to wary travelers! And you can charge your electronics! Other then that, the food tasted reheated and a little old but if you read the reviews from the other close by restaurants I would say this was your best choice if you stopped here starved and have to run to the restroom. So I will give it a 5 star in hopes I can save someone from the misery we went through with the locked up Wendys near by that had awful reviews. read more

Best damn McDonalds I've ever eaten at! Service was great, drive thru attendant was super happy and polite. My double quarter pounder was hot, fresh, and seasoned really nicely. Kids got the nuggets and I tried one, super crispy and tasted great. Overall, this is the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. I only eat McD's once or twice a month but I wish this was my local one. Sadly I'm just passing but if you are too, give this place a shot. read more

It's a McDonald's, but they could be better. I really don't like the screens to order. Mainly bc it's very difficult to make changes. Try ordering a number 2 sausage McMuffin with egg, and switch the small OJ to a large. Anyway, maybe buried in the options you can find it. But it's not easy. So I was happy to see a person at the cash register taking orders. 1 guy in front of me. He gives his order and pays. Lady behind the cash register says nothing to me and walks away. She's busy with a headset. Clearly taking drive thru orders. Ok, I'll wait. 10 min go buy. She still has not said a word to me but looks over occasionally. Anyway I give up. Leave. Not coming back. Maybe the next one will be more accommodating. But maybe this is why we should always do drive through bc then we can talk to someone. read more

After waiting all together 25 minutes for one bag of ice and one order of fries I must give it a one star. The fries were not even fresh my ice was beginning to melt by the time I was able to get the window and receive items purchased. By far part of one of the worst bus trips I've ever taken. I took the Greyhound to a wedding in VA and the little bus station guard shack is across the way from this place. I took the late bus and I came to find out upon my arriving that the bus station closes after the last bus for 6 hours! They kicked me out and said, "You can sit at the McDonald's across the way," so that is what I did. There was a very sweet older lady running the morning shift and I ordered breakfast cause, you know, what else did I have to do for the next 6 hours? Everything went well at first and we were treated well. I ate and went to sit on the bus station bench. We ended up being stuck here for 12 hours. The bus station has no bathrooms and no wall sockets to charge your phone. You have to use the bathroom at McDonald's and endure the nasty looks from the McDonald's employees every time you have to use the bathroom We bought food ALL DAY LONG and still got the worst looks from the employees every time we came in and watched them talk smack about us to one another too. What exactly were we supposed to do? We were customers and there was no bathroom in the bus station so we had to come there. I was so done with McDonald's by the time I left this place that it took over a year for me to even think about eating there again! read more

I went to McDonalds ordered a McDouble with an extra slice of cheese.. mind you I paid extra for it.. I get my stuff and pull away. Reach in the bag for some fries.. and with my finger tips I come across what seems to be a chicken nugget box.. I think hmm .. did they slide me some nuggets! Um bomb? So I'm pulling into a gas station to pump gas and to have enough time to display this very unhealthy meal that's been prepared for me.. place the burger in my lap unopened, pulled my chicken nugget box out and open it, I find my extra cheese.. once I realized my "extra" piece of cheese was in this box I instantly had a bad feeling.. So, I took a deep breath and unwrapped my crappy patty... Not one thing but a bun and bread.. let me tell you how devastating it is to be running so many errands that ya crave a McDouble and we all know when you're starving, you have that " best food in the world" feeling. Y'all know what I mean. Anyways. Moral of the story, I paid an extra .50 for a nugget box of cheese! Y'all should double up on y'all's cheese like Texas does, one cheese per patty seems fairly portioned I'd say! Or just give me my extra cheese! read more

This is a meal stop on the Greyhound Bus Lines. I asked for a sandwich with "no mayonnaise" and the cashier was so busy with her eyeliner she didn't put my order in correctly. Not only did I get mayo on my sandwich (I am allergic to mayo) I got cold hard fries. The manager was really busy flirting with the bus driver and didn't care I got the wrong order. Had to throw the food away! Good going! Found out that the bus rider that ordered after me got cold fries and the wrong sandwich also. read more

I have eaten here four times over the last year at different times of the day and once at night. It is consistently horrible. Tonight I ate in thinking that it would make a difference...I waited about 10 minutes to get a cold burger with a patty that I'm pretty sure someone spilled a salt shaker onto and cold soggy fries. Moreover, they gave it to me in a bag instead of on a tray. Went back to the front to get a fresh order and the new meal was fine but I still had to request a tray. If you eat here, just walk back and make it yourself. I'm pretty sure the 10 or so workers standing in the front won't even question it. read more

Was not impressed with service. They messed up my order, charged me with 2 apple pies I didn't order and didn't charge me with what I ordered, forgot straws, apple slices, and fries, and had to go back and get my order 3 times. read more

ICED TEA For the THIRD time in two weeks I have received soured iced tea from this McDonalds in the morning. I go EVERY day to get a tea and know when it's old or soured. When told about it, the employees say that the machine was acting up.... really? I don't think so. Most employees there are super friendly and I just wish they would brew fresh tea!! read more

Stay busy alot but with the gray Hound bus it's going to be. But I thank everyone did a good job the casher was nice food good and hot. The list line was to be expected like I said Gray Hound what do you expect. There was on person who made it all worth while was having not to good of a day and he talked to me for a while and made my day a lot better his name is Larry Doss.
