I would avoid this location. It has developed a poor reputation locally. On two separate occasions, we waited over an hour for our order and ultimately left without receiving food. I had to file a credit card chargeback to recover my payment. I even contacted McDonald's corporate about this location and was told they are aware of ongoing issues there. If corporate is already aware, that says a lot. The main concerns are extremely long wait times, supplies frequently not being restocked, and a kitchen area that appears disorganized and unsanitary. read more

I wish there was a way to give zero stars... honestly, out of the locations nearby, I used to think this was an okay one but yesterday, I ordered online and went through the drive through and they not only forgot my drink, but made one of the burgers completely wrong. I understand it's par for the course for a place like this but I didn't even get an apology when I drove all the way back for the drink. We had our son's birthday party at the Play Place and Holly went above and beyond to make it go smoothly and for our son to feel special. Decent quick stop while traveling a few weeks ago for Christmas. Bathrooms were clean and the employees of this McDonald's were friendly enough.  My husband got a burger and we both got some fries, which came quickly.  The murals on the walls were nice and made this location feel different than the other McDonald's I've been to.  They also have a playplace, open 6am until 9pm.  Since we come through this area fairly frequently, I can see us making another pitstop here again. read more

Made to order... fresh... hot... he handed me the wrong order out the window to begin with, I said that's not mine I didn't take it... so he handed me the next bag over which was a medium fry cold. I swear, I've lost count of how many times my order has been very incorrectly made at this specific McDonald's over the years. This issue rarely happens at other McDonald's locations, yet this one has the constant habit of messing my order up (despite making the exact same order every time I've ever been there). I've had many instances where my order has been made by a family member in preparation for my 3rd shift job, only to bring the food to work and see that it's so incorrectly made that I can't even eat it. So because of the constant incompetence of this McDonald's, I'm having times where I'm starving during work because my order (which isn't even complex) is routinely made incorrectly. If you've had a positive experience with this McDonald's, consider yourself lucky. I've never been so irritated and letdown by one specific establishment in my entire life. I even have more of a positive outlook on GameStop compared to McDonald's at this point in time. Please McDonald's, enough already. No word from what appears to be the manager waiting on people at the counter. At least 6 cars have left the drive up. Finally comes to the window with the wrong order. Offers no explanation. This McDonald's is clean and close to the highway. However, if you are looking to dine inside, plan on staying a while. The inside service is poor and the wait is always ten minutes or more. When you get your order, it is ily 50/50 that it will be correct. I come here because there are few options near by. If you are looking for a quick stop iff the highway, keep driving! read more

I often stop by this McDonald's location after work early in the morning and their service is always absolutely fantastic. I am very surprised by how they hit a home run every time. Everyone is friendly and efficient. Hopefully the corporate office will acknowledge them for their efforts. read more

McDonalds in Lexington, Nebraska is A+. Today was another example. It was 12:40 p.m. and they made my chicken fresh. If you get a chance to meet Doris, she's got the customer service skills every company wants to clone in their employees. It's got the best Diet Coke in town. (Yes, that's a real thing.) Double manned drive-thru, good speaker system. All is good. Have I ever waited 20 minutes for something basic? Yes. It's not perfect, but it's very good. read more

So I live next to this McDonald's, I've seen it's fair share of good days and bad days. Most days They are nothing special, pretty good and they get me what I want ASAP. And there are some pretty cool people that work there. But the bad days stand out a bit more . They get orders wrong A LOT I mean I have probably gone through over 500 times in my life with about a 25% chance of a miss order or something is missing, the missing an item is the worst offender in that regard. Although the ice cream machine has only (to my knowledge) broken once. The inside needs to be cleaned more frequently to my standards, the station for pop and lids is usually a mess and my OCD kicks in and I straiten up the lids. The reason I didn't rate this a 1 or 2 star is because those cool people are really the only thing that make it worth going to, and they can make me think the place can turn itself around. Hoping to update this with a better rating but who knows the future. read more

This is advertised as a 24 hour/day drive-thru. I showed up at 12:30 A.M. at the drive-thru and the person said," Sorry, we're not open." This is not the first time this has happened to me here. I work odd hours and would really like to depend on a 24 hour availability, as they advertise. Very disappointed. And when they are open, the food is served luke-warm. Today when I arrived at this McDonald's I noticed there was a line, and the line was not moving. They were obviously busy and under staffed. I saw a total of 3 or 4 employees. A family got in line behind us and immediately the women started bad mouthing the place. Talking about how they should go to Burger King and it would be faster, etc. I thought to myself out loud "no one is making you eat here". I ordered and waited for my food. I received it and went to get my drink before I left. Then I heard her tell the young boy who was the only cashier "you can take my husbands order, we would kind of like to eat together". I was completely disgusted with her actions and how she had not sympathy or the young boy and how busy they were. It's important to remember that they are doing their best, and unless you want to put on a uniform to help out, then either shut up or leave. I give them 5 stars for having to deal with bad customers and still getting the job done under a high stress situation. read more
