Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan, sadly it was under a stressful circumstance. At 5:18pm on a Friday, I was told by a hospital liaison that an Advance Health Care Directive form was required ASAP. Wow. There's a saying "When you want something done, give it to the busy person." Ryan responded to my Yelp query before I could get two more queries out for an EARLY next AM notarizing. He got here 5 minutes early. While setting up, he made an appointment with someone for later that morning on his phone, but we never felt rushed or neglected.
