Had a water leak in the main shut off valve. The technician was courteous and professional. The repair was a success.

I was informed of the exact amount I would pay, how long it would take, and then given a referral for some drywall repair. Dante was pleasant, efficient, and very businesslike. We have a hole in our wall because of the pipe that was affected by water damage, but it would have been a lot worse if CCP hadn't come when they did. I would highly recommend them! Also- I called another plumbing company that had done work for us before I called CCP, and they did not return my call. I now have "a friend in the plumbing business" whom I can count on! Thank you!

TLDR: Mike made a mistake that cost us an additional $1,400 and refused to take any accountability,…read morenor was he willing to even discuss a mutually favorable compromise. To be fair, the situation Mike was put in was a difficult one, which he should have ultimately walked away from. That would have been way more reasonable than what he did. There was a conflict in scheduling (Not Mike's fault) that had concrete pourers onsite before Mike arrived, and the spot he was supposed to place plumbing was already covered with concrete. When Mike discovered this, he simply had the concrete crew form out an opening for his plumbing work, but in the wrong spot altogether. While our directions for the plumbing were not exact, down to the inch, he instructed the concrete crew to put it on the opposite end of the pole barn. He did this without confirming with me. To cover the errant hole will cost $1,400. I originally offered to cover that cost if Mike would simply cover labor to cut out the concrete to lay the pipe. He declined that and ultimately said he refused to work on the project any further and would not take any accountability or work at all on a resolution. Terribly unprofessional and just gross. Stay away.

I am writing in regard to the handling of a recent service issue at my property. The experience…read morewith Innovative Leak Detection has been marked by poor service, miscommunication, and a lack of accountability on multiple levels, resulting in unnecessary delays, repeated follow-ups, and double billing for a job that was not completed correctly on the initial visit. The issue began when the city notified us of an excessive water bill and identified a potential leak. In response, we contacted Innovative Leak Detection for assistance. The technician, (Brayden) was clearly unprepared and not properly equipped to complete the job. Brayden did not investigate the specific issue we reported and instead had us perform several checks ourselves. No resolution was provided, and Brayden left without identifying the source of the leak. After this unsatisfactory visit, I attempted to contact Lucy the office manager several times via voicemail and email, all of which went unanswered. When I finally spoke with Lucy, she questioned the city's findings and directed me to reach out to them again--despite the city already confirming there was a leak. At Lucy's insistence, the city returned to our property three additional times, including replacing the water meter. At her request, I also sent Lucy a video from the city supporting the presence of a leak, which was ignored. Additionally, during our conversation, Lucy requested that I repeat a series of checks on our toilets--checks we had already performed per previous instructions. Even after explaining this, Lucy insisted we do them again, which only delayed the process further. Eventually, after getting no further support, I contacted your office from a separate phone line and reached Coleman who was exceptional, professional, apologetic, and scheduled a follow-up visit right away. During that second visit, we pointed out the exact same issue we originally reported--and Coleman found the problem immediately. This clearly confirms that the issue was both detectable and should have been addressed during the first visit with Brayden. Despite the mishandling of the initial service and multiple follow-ups required due to Lucy and Braydens negligence, we were billed twice for a job that was not completed correctly the first time. To make matters worse, I specifically requested to speak with one of the two owners--Mark Dayley--and have yet to receive any return call or acknowledgment. This lack of response from leadership only compounds our frustration. To summarize: * Brayden was unprepared, did not check the reported issue, and left the problem unresolved. * Lucy dismissed the city's findings, ignored my communications, and failed to follow up appropriately. * The city was called out unnecessarily multiple times at Lucy's insistence. * A video confirming the issue was ignored. * Coleman was EXCEPTIONAL and ultimately resolved the problem we had originally identified. * We were billed twice for a service that should have been completed on the first visit. * A request to speak with owner Mark Dayley has gone unanswered. This experience has been completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We expect a full response to this complaint, an explanation of how this situation will be addressed internally, and a resolution regarding the double billing and lack of accountability.

The first plumber who came out told me that the grinder pump was not working and needed to be replaced, quoting me $3,130.06. I decided to get a second opinion. Blandon and Hayden from Service Pro Plumbing came out and determined that the pump did not need to be replaced and that it simply needed to be cleaned. They performed the necessary service for about $1,000, and the alarm and pump are now working perfectly. I was very pleased with their service and appreciated that they did not recommend an unnecessary replacement. Based on this experience, I decided to sign up for their annual maintenance plan.

Zack replaced an outdoor facet that was problematic and not working. It was a good experience from the outset. We received a text that he was on his way and his photo - security conscious. He was driving a clean, logo'd van. He smiled, made eye contact, introduced himself and shook hands. He looked over the situation and gave his recommendations. We were pleasantly surprised at his professionalism and high-quality work. He replaced the faucet with a better quality one and reconnected the hoses. He was clean and organized. I would repeat that we will call Service Pro Plumbing again - and hope that the technician is Zack.

First up: our ancient shower, leaking from the faucet and refusing to turn off. We pathetically "fixed it" ourselves more times than I can count. Never lasted and hurt our water bill! Doug came out, explained the (complicated) fix, gave us an estimate, and delivered exactly that, on time. Now we have a truly beautiful, modern shower where a disaster used to be. We were sold. Next, Doug fixed our barely functioning laundry sink faucet and just yesterday he resurrected our backyard faucet (after three years of it being decommissioned and useless.) So, after 3 projects, we can state categorically, Doug Nash is the real deal: professional, neat, friendly, confident, fair. He's the absolute BEST...we highly recommend.

It was fast and turned out to be less than he initially quoted after a quick inspection revealed it wasn't as complicated as we had thought. He provided sound advice and is already on our calendar for a sink overhaul. So grateful to have found him here on Yelp. My highest recommendation. AAA+++
