From start to finish Kell, and Ravim were knowledgeable, professional, and more than willing to answer questions. I purchased a Toto G450 toilet/bidet and needed a tankless WH flushed, and they did a great job. I also had a leak on an outside bib which they fixed perfectly as well. The toilet works great, and the other items were done flawlessly. The prices were reasonable, and they were able to come out the next day. Waterways is far and away the BEST plumbing company I've ever worked with. They plumbed my entire house during its construction, and I wanted to get a water line run from under the kitchen sink to the refrigerator so that I can install a reverse osmosis system (this option was not available through the builder). Shortly after I moved into my new house almost three years ago, I had Waterways come out and give me a quote to do so. They quoted a very reasonable price ($325) to cut the existing refrigerator water supply line, cap it off, install a new line to feed the existing refrigerator supply, and fit it with a 3/8" OD shutoff valve. This was a better solution than I would have thought of, and the price was great. This work became a low priority for me, and I didn't think much about it until just a few weeks ago, so I called to get a new quote and get the work scheduled. I was blown away that they still had the original quote, and did not increase the price to do the work. The plumbers who performed the work were absolutely professional. They took their shoes off before entering my house, wore masks the whole time, reviewed the work to be done before starting, and completed it very quickly. The photo of the work speaks for the quality of the job performed (1/2" supply line, 3/8" metal shutoff valve, and a chrome escutcheon to give the drilled hole a finished look. I'm VERY impressed, and can't recommend Waterways highly enough. read more

Fantastic! Can't recommend them highly enough. My hybrid tankless water heater was giving me trouble. I had tried two other plumbing companies, and both were terrible, verging on crooked. But Waterways actually came in $100 under their estimate (because the job took less time than planned). They also give a 10% senior discount. Starting with Laura and Amy in the office, they were a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, professional, helpful, patient. As an older retiree, I had to ask Laura the same questions more than once, and she was so kind. The plumbers came today, Branden & Jim. Again, so pleased with them. They did everything right: they were friendly but professional, obviously knew what they were doing, and were willing to explain and answer my questions. I used waterways back in May to install a Phyn System in my home. Having had a major flood disaster in my home I wanted this system as an extra precaution to avoid another incident. They were recommended as a certified installer from Phyn and I went with them because of that. There was excellent communication with Laura and her team regarding any questions I had even before committing to the Phyn System install. It is quite an investment so I had questions and they were more than happy to help out and if she didn't know the answer to talk to one of the installers to get me the answer. The team were on time for the day of the install with a very well stocked, organized and professional van. The team of two were very professional both wearing masks during this time of social distancing. They worked quickly and efficiently installing the system and answering any questions I had. They used top of the line materials and installed a very good looking door to access the unit. They helped me set it up on my phone and also installed two back up shut off valves for the system. They cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards and left the place looking spotless. The installers even helped me with a troublesome shower valve in between the system install, no problem! The Phyn system is working great and they even followed up a week or so later to check if I was happy with the system and if I had any questions or concerns. Got these guys recommended to me by a friend of a friend and I couldn't be happier. I was told that the were "good guys" but I didn't expect this. Called them on a Monday, the secretary was very helpful and polite, had them do an estimation visit to see how much it would be to install a water heater. I had scheduled my appointments at 4, got a phone call at 2:30 saying that they were ahead of schedule and if they could stop by. I let them know that I was still at work and no one would be home. They said no problem and got to my home at 4:01. After the estimation they said they could install at a great price and my wife asked when was the earliest they could install our water heaters, they said 10 minutes. After checking Yelp.com, I decided to contact Waterways because of their five star rating. After they answered my very first call, I was able to set up an appointment for a tech to come to my house to figure out why our water heater wasn't heating water. The tech called before he arrived, wore protective covers on his shoes, and quickly figured out that the thermostat was bad. In about an hour, everything was fixed. These are my go to guys. I have used them a couple of times and recommended them to friends. They have run gas lined in my crawl space. I called them out to replace my leaking 20 year old hose bibs. A water pipe in my garage ceiling froze and broke on Sunday. My Home Warranty company could not find a plumber within their network who would even return their calls.
