Would do business with them again. ---- On the morning of December 30, we awoke to a cold home. We called Air-Right to look at our furnace and they took care of it in the same day. The igniter broke, so they replaced it. So far so good. However, the furnace made a loud noise whenever it fired up. We thought it was likely just a generic part and that's a minor annoyance, but at least it works. Eight days later, it stopped working again. After calling five times and leaving three messages from just before noon until 5pm, we received no response. It is January. Tonight's low is 21 degrees. This is unacceptable.

Corresponding conveniently through text from there on, he came out to do an assessment and provided a very reasonable quote for a faulty valve, which also happens to be out of code and should never have been used for the purpose.
