It isn't related to the other "Landing" restaurants that are around Toronto. There is a patio that looks out onto the marina. It's very lovely but we were afraid of bugs so we stayed inside. We noticed that another group that was originally outside moved in after it got dark. You can catch the sunset here though, very scenic! Inside they have normal tables and ones with loungey leather chairs. You tend to sink into the latter so it makes it a little harder to eat unless you're sitting right at the edge of the table. These would be great if you're just having a drink. Service was good. The waitress checked in on us a few times and our waters were always topped off. The food was the part that fell a bit short. The maple pork medallions were the best thing at the table. I ordered a pound of wings which is supposed to be an appetizer but was quite filling for me. Interestingly enough, I had wings earlier that day and this 1 pound of wings had more wings than the other place, so at least you got a lot more in quantity. In terms of quality, I had a garlic parmesean sauce. The bottom of the dish was almost all oil - I have to assume that this is from the parm oil. It almost looked like butter but didn't taste like it. The wings were pretty dry inside and out. I also found a tiny tiny fly mixed in with the cheese. Not sure if it was from the patio door being opened so frequently. My friend was also disappointed in the chicken pasta. It was pretty bland and she had to salt it a lot to no avail. We wanted to try the dessert to see if the meal could be salvaged. We ordered the caramel chocolate cake. This cake had a hint of soap taste to me. My friends liked it though. If you want something a little different than a chain restaurant, this wasn't bad. It wasn't as nice as other hotel restaurants but it was fine for a utility meal.

So when my cousin decided on her birthday date that she would like to come to this establishment then I got excited. Located on Main Street Newmarket, this little shop has many soups selections to choose from. They also let you have a sample to make sure you're making the right choice! We both decided to get the soup, sandwich and a bottle of water ( $11 ) and boy did we make a good choice. Normally you would except a small soup bowl with a sandwich however this soup was in a HUGE (to me anyways lol) bowl with a full sized sandwich. My soup of choice was the chicken noodle with a ham & cheese croissant. I feel like chicken noodle is always a good staple to determine if it is worth coming back. I must say, it definitely was worth it. The chicken noodle soup was soo filling. Had some hearty vegetables and they definitely did not skip out on the chicken. I had to push myself to finish my sandwich as I was already too full! Thank you for amazing service and I am definitely coming back

My sunny side up eggs were perfect, the sausages were so flavourful (locally sourced), toasted marble rye bread had lots of butter right to the edges and the potatoes were so crispy and super fluffy inside! And a nice surprise to get a side of delicious house made chipotle mayo. The presentation was also fantastic with the fruit garnishes that made our breakfast a work of art! So happy to meet Chef Vanessa, a true culinary artist who made our fantastic eggs and sausage breakfasts. We also met Enzo the owner who was such a bright personality which mirrored the great service and meals we just had! The coffee was also delicious and locally sourced. Georgian Bay Coffee, Medium Roast and roasted fresh in Midland Ontario. You can buy this at the Sensationally Delicious store. I always ask for honey as a sweetener for my coffee and I usually get a small plastic packet of pasteurized (fake) honey. But this time our server, Shalome, gave me some of this absolutely delicious raw, unpasteurized honey called Adam's Wildflower Creamed Honey. It's also made locally. It tasted much richer than other raw honeys I have at home. It tasted fantastic with my coffee! Big thanks to our awesome server Shalome! She was a superb ambassador for the this new, amazing restaurant. She made our first time breakfast here extra enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommend dining at Sensationally Delicious in Midland Ontario!

The place is currently closed because he fired a min wage employee who did 4 roles for minimum wage (roles of server, cook, manager and accountant). He yelled at her for a mac and cheese not being to his liking, fired her and she, like the true queen she is, professionally finished the shift. Witnesses had posted about this on his Facebook post about closing, but he's deleted all the comments related to the truth. Thankfully previous employees who worked as cooks have commented on posts that were shared to other groups confirming the owners consistency in yelling at staff. When I ate here last week the food was good and the service was even better, but due to the owners horrible treatment of his staff, I will NEVER be back and will continue to spread the word. Don't support this local business when he can't even treat his local staff with respect!

The spices, crispy vegetables, light yet flavorful sauces and perfectly prepared seafood, poultry and tofu were the main attractions (rather than heavy, salty, sauces and overly battered, fried coatings). The presentation was also very appealing. Chu Chuee was a new dish for us and it was divine. We live in MI and I will make it my mission to find a restaurant that prepares it. We ordered shrimp though the fish sounded amazing too. It had just a hint of kick which was balanced by the coconut milk. I also really enjoyed the light Coconut soup with white mushrooms, Napa, cauliflower, broccoli, tofu and cilantro. So healthy and bursting with flavor. We were the only ones present late afternoon on a Saturday though the restaurant had a steady flow of Carey out orders. Our server was so friendly and helpful. Charming personality. Her mother is the chef; kiddos to them both for a job well done. The ambience is very warm and inviting. The tab was on par with what we usually spend for a good quality dinner. Southampton Thai Cuisine is such a refreshing choice among the many bar-comfort food restaurants that dot the coastal towns of Lake Huron.

Inside, one may order food and buy some knick knacks that are bohemian chic. There is also a clean washroom for one to use. I ordered a super bowl which was $17. The size was great, but I felt it lack some flavour and half the bowl was filled with quinoa. Not a big fan of it, I would have liked less quinoa. My partner had a veggie burger and he liked it. There was a spice kick to it. He wished it came with a side instead of paying additional for it. The following morning we returned to try their açai bowl for breakfast and it was delicious!! Frozen blueberries were provided instead of fresh berries. They could have used seasonal fruits. The crisp coconut pieces added a crunch to each bite. This dish, I would order again. They have a reward system if you sign up. Overall, a nice healthy place to stop by while one is up North enjoying some sports or a little get-away.
