It would be so much better but…read more... you literally get in the line and it doesn't matter if there's one person or 25 people in line, every time you have to literally plan on waiting like 15 minutes in the line because they don't bring up any more cashiers to help check people out. A lot of times there's even employees just hanging around the front on their phones. Like what in the world? And there are literally eight cashier stations and every single time that I have come to this place (and keep in mind I live very close by so I come fairly often) and every time there's only one cashier station being used.... Hey, improve that and then ya'll have a great store!

On 10/9 I went to Burlington and brought $47.59 worth of merchandise and when the cashier which was…read morevery nice gave me my change back she didn't give me the exact change back and when I got home my money was still wrapped in the receipt she gave me and I counted it which was $32.41 she had short changed me $20 so I called and Aubrey the manager told me to come back when I got there it was another manager which told me they had to watch the cameras and to leave my name and number which I did and so the next day around lunchtime I called Aubrey answered again and I asked her if they watch the video she said yes I have your money you can come get it I get off at 3:30 so I went again she walked out and said I can't give you your money they watched the video and she gave it to you I'm like No let me see the video she showed me now keep in mind this video is clear perfect and you can see that she didn't give me all my money and I pointed it out to her. Then she said I can't do anything about it sorry I'm like are you serious can I have the corporate number she gave me 609-387-7800 and the lady told me she couldn't do anything for me to call back and ask for a manger higher then her and so I called back Aubrey told me she couldn't give me that name per policy or her number so I asked her what time do she come in so I can talk to her she said I can't tell you that either per policy which she gave me another number which is the same number just different. So I called back she then continued to hang up on me while laughing in the background i called 6 times which I have the screenshots of the call then I called her from my other phone she then answered saying Hello I said why are you playing and hanging up now I'm pissed off because your playing games. All this over $20 that they could have just giving me back. Aubrey needs to be demoted from being a manger because you don't do that to paying customers this is bad customer service something needs to be done and I need my money back. I feel like this is not the first time they been stealing money from customers. This is definitely stealing .if someone would've been stealing from this company actions would be taking.

This location was an exception to the organization and presentation I expected unfortunately. The clothing section in Juniors and in Women's were nice for shopping but several areas of the store were a mess. It was so unappealing. This Marshall's has management that is overwhelmed or simply doesn't care about this store. I still shopped for my blanket though.

It's Walmart so look for the items on Sale or Markdown for best values. My host was looking for comfort workout pants, and 2 serving jugs for liquids both purchases of which were less than $10 dollars. In my opinion it is selectively a good alternative to a dollar store for a shopper like myself.

There are vendors, stores, nail salon, eye exams, food court and of course the PX. This place has a MAC store inside! That is pretty awesome so you won't have to drive far to go to a MAC store. You can also pick up or fill your prescriptions here with Darnell. Pretty convenient! I have tried Sarka and the Chinese food here in the food court. It was decent. You must have a valid military id in order to make purchases at the PX. The parking lot is spacious and this place is always busy when I stop in on the weekends. They have events here from time to time. Book signing events to meet and greets.

Practically a mall, they now have a wide (and better) variety of eateries as well as well-known specialty shops (Game Stop, Starbucks, MAC.) But I didn't come in for their food court or these shops. I came in here to find a bargain at the main store. And like the many previous visits (even if it was at that previous location) it didn't fail. Found tons of clothing and shoes and bags at super marked down prices. I felt like I made out like a bandit! I also noticed they carry much much more brand names than they did before, and with their items being tax free, you can't go wrong. And FYI: they do price matching! Good thing I'm always on a time limit with every visit. It'll surely put my budget in serious danger!

Very thoughtful for sure. Most employees we passed do not greet you. The shoe department looks like a bomb went off on the floor. The three or four times I walked past it I did not see an associate in the department.
