I use to work as a sales person for Harley Davidson and I know it's hard to get a test ride at some places and I respect the fact that dealerships really don't want to put miles on new bikes that might be sold to someone else. Yes if I bought a new bike I would not want to have really any miles on it... But I was lucky enough to get a test ride with a used RnineT so I didn't feel bad about adding miles. Yeah, I don't like a hassle when I look at new vehicles especially being a former sales person myself and at this location I wasn't hassled at all. The sales people did spend time with me and answered all my questions. They left a great impression with me so much so I was at the San Jose BMW dealership looking at a used RnineT but decided at the last minute that I wanted the pretty blue /5 and even though SJ had one in their showroom my wife was kind enough to drive me the 2+hrs in rush hour traffic to Concord to buy it there. So yeah both sales people are great as well as both of the guys at the parts department who are super knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs and will set you right with any parts or suggestions you need. I also had BMW Concord do my 1st service and I am very satisfied and will bring it back for my future services. Speaking of, I dropped it off in the morning for the service then walked over to the shopping centers to kill time and had lunch. But yes I reccomend this dealership. Everyone is very approachable, knowledgeable and create a genuine and positive atmosphere.

Bike bought. Done. I had it serviced there a few times, and they always were polite, prompt in the service and fairly priced. I've brought other bikes that I didn't purchase here in for service, and that too was a great experience. The service people are always helpful, polite and don't make you feel like an idiot for asking questions. When I've walked the floor, the sales guys are also polite, but not pushy. I have been debating upgrading to a more road-trip-durable motorcycle, so I sat on a few different Ducati and BMW models to get a sense of how it felt sitting on them. He was very friendly and courteous with answering my questions about the different bikes and sharing his insights on the models and the use cases I'm asking about, and also swapped one of the normal seats for a lowered seats on one of the Ducati Monsters. Nice selection of books and magazines on their shelves. Holiday food/snack selection was great! They provided pork sausage rolls, fruit and cheese and crackers charcuterie (pomegranates included, I love pomegranates!), and apple sticky toffee pudding. Definitely considering getting a future Ducati from SoSo Cycles.

Within 20 minutes, Jessie called back sharing Chad would like me to come in to look at the bike before giving me a quote. I brought the bike in the same day, Chad gave it a once over, and agreed I could leave the bike. The work was done in 2 days, taking into account necessary customization. His cost for the work was reasonable and I was back on the road quickly with no issues. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, the entire process was professional and friendly. I highly recommend bringing in your motorcycle build projects to Chad. I am looking forward to bringing my bike build projects back to him and his team.

The efforts from Eddy, Matt, and the whole rest of the team from Big Dave's proved me wrong in a good way! The work done overall was expensive and somewhat inconvenient needing to go back the next day to get the brakes readjusted. However, after going to them on numerous other occasions and receiving good advice and results, I'm giving them five stars. In addition, the repair also spares me from contacting the bike manufacture to get approval for returning the bike. I can't fathom how pricey the shipping alone would be to send the bike back.

I brought my 2000 Harley Sportster 883 to Ol Skool & LS Motorsports after dealing with some ongoing…read moreissues for a while which included an oil leak and fuel/air mixture issues leading to "lean sneeze" and power loss when accelerating. Before contacting Ol Skool & LS Motorsports, I previously contacted several other shops in which I was told they didn't want to take on the work for a Harley Sportser, which was pretty frustrating. Lawrence, the owner, was willing to take it on--and I'm really glad he did. He replaced the rocker box top seals and push rod gaskets, rebuilt and tuned the carburetor to match my exhaust and S&S intake, and re-gasketed the air intake system. He also tracked down and fixed both an oil leak and a separate gas leak from the carburetor. Since getting the bike back, it's been running great. What stood out most to me was how easy Lawrence was to work with. He stayed in touch throughout the whole process, kept me updated, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. His pricing was very fair too, especially considering the amount of work that went into it. If you've got a bike that other shops won't touch or can't figure out, I'd definitely recommend Ol Skool & LS Motorsports. Lawrence knows his stuff and takes care of his customers.
