Wiper blades, fuses, oil, etc. Last weekend I ran in here with a photo of the exact diesel oil my son uses on his truck to grab an extra quart. The moment I walked in Elih looked at the photo and he and another gentleman checked everywhere, gave me full attention and were apologetic when they only had it in a gallon size. Yes, I have triple AAA but there cost was well over $300 for my battery and installation. The store itself is pretty small, the battery selection was not that great and the shelves looked a bit empty. Definitely smells like an auto store. I was able to go on to their website and find the battery I needed at the right price. The cost was about $175 with a $20 deposit fee that was returned when I gave them my old battery. Since ordering it online, I thought it would be quicker. When I went to go pick it up, there was a mishap and it took the poor employee forever to find it. He went back in to the warehouse and looked for it, talked to other employees, and come to find out. It was on the shelf of the store..... I could have pulled it. Anyways, don't expect much. Come here for your car parts and leave. They definitely do not have any special parts you may need. They did advise me to head over to the dealership as it may be the only way to get this piece. Thanked him for the advice! There are a bunch of teenagers that work there so I'm not sure how knowledgeable they are about cars. But I can always be wrong.

Outlander, gave me a reasonable quote and quick time frame for repair. The day of the repair went smoothly. They were finshed in a few hours. The shop even bagged up, the hard to get plastic spacers, that go in-between the leaf springs. They said I should hold onto them for future use, if need be. That is going the extra mile. I also liked the whole scheduling process with text reminders of my repair date. This shows professionalism in the use of modern communication.

My experience with Outlander Motorsports Concord has been pretty poor. Initially went in for an…read morealignment and was told the LCA's needed to be replaced. I decided to return at another time with the parts, Julian botched putting the front skid plate back on by incorrectly reinstalling one of the bolts. Gave them another chance by dropping off my truck for three days to install a set of LCA's and gusset cam tabs. Thought everything was fine and even came back to them for retorquing the alignment bolts after the break in period. Fast forward a couple months later, I'm informed by another off road shop that the gusset cam tabs weren't even painted and the weld beads aren't done well. It looks like someone just eye balled it. Reached out to Jamie immediately with the photos, at first he was very dismissive and stated he would need three days to fix the issue. Giving me the whole run about of why three days is warranted. Cam tabs are a one day job, not three days. I would be very leery of bringing your vehicle to them.
