Unprofessionalism from the entire staff, this place does not have it together whatsoever. You cannot get an appointment for anything urgent. Seems they cannot keep doctors as 3 of mine have just up and left. The DO is a terrible doctor whom failed my husband miserably and blamed him for it. The staff must all be directed to say 'I hear you and I care' because they all say it every time, yet they do neither. Please find an alternative to MCHC. read more

This review is for Dr Iacino, Chiropractor at MCHC in Lakeport Ca: Having had back and neck problems following two car wrecks, Dr Iacino has helped a great deal in alleviating the pain - he is very skilled and knowledgeable in his field and in different modalities as well, to the benefit of his patients. I tell him I feel like Humpty Dumpty and he puts all the pieces back together again! I would recommend him to anyone for any kind of back and neck issues. read more

tried to call in and make dental appointments for my 2 kids, the lady on the phone does not speak clearly and got an attitude because i kept asking her to speak up. could not find my sons record and he has been there my other child would be a new patient she just kept asking me to create new patient record... then after all of that just to tell me there is no availability and that i would need to keep calling back to check if there is availability. i do not understand why they cant find the next available date. so frustrating! read more

Please consider an alternative clinic. If you are not local by all means drive south to Santa Rosa hospitals and clinics. I received excellent healthcare for most of my adult life in the US and abroad and I know what I am missing. At M.C.H.C. a few fine, qualified Doctors struggle in a ruthless carnival run by baboons. In my example, they have denied care, delayed care, denied the reality of reliable clinical tests, refused referrals, refused treatment, refused medication and also ransomed medication. They are HOSTILE about feedback and have no QA. Please consider an alternative clinic. read more

Waited an hour and a half past the appointment time to see the doctor---who was almost hostile. Called them three times and left messages to find out results of tests. Never got a call back. Luckily, had the tests done through the hospital and could read them online myself. Then got a bill through a collection agency---saying I'd never paid it. But I'd never even gotten the bill in the first place so that I could pay it! read more
