The director is short, cold, and problematic with parents and teachers. One of our teachers quit midway through the year supposedly due to a conflict with the director. She is also accusatory and doesn't seem to mesh well in a children's environment. Our kids were so much happier when we switched and it showed how lacking this school truly was! Even books are given in the curriculum and they are not used as parents are told. The "snacks" are cheap. Communication with parents is nonexistent--good luck getting a response without being berated by the front office staff with an attitude. Michelle, Tanny and Annabel are all involved in this. At the end of the trial, Miss Henley rushed my husband as he was leaving class and pushed him to sign a "renewal" agreement without ever disclosing it was a legally binding 1-year contract.Due to a family relocation, a newborn baby, and sharing one vehicle, it became impossible for our child to attend. When we physically went to the facility to request a cancellation, the staff clearly ignored us being present, rudely claiming they were "too busy in class" to speak with us. When they finally addressed us, they brushed us off entirely and claimed that their third-party billing platform, ZenPlanner, was their official cancellation partner and that we had to handle it through them.All of a sudden, the story completely changed. She informed us that they are no longer with ZenPlanner, and suddenly she magically had the power to cancel it himself--but only if we paid the remaining contract balance in full! To make matters even more dishonest, they keep shifting their own rules to convenience themselves: their earlier emails explicitly stated that a relocation distance of over 20 miles qualified for cancellation, but they arbitrarily changed that requirement to 25 miles just to reject our request and trap us.Despite our child not stepping foot in the facility for nearly 6 months, they relentlessly auto-deducted tuition and forced us to pay out a massive fee for the rest of the year just to be released. They show zero empathy for local families, ignore you when you stand in front of them, and constantly change their policies to force you into a financial chokehold. Do not trust their "trial" offers or their word!

My niece attends this school in the 4-year-old classroom. The incident was reported to the director, but the only action taken appears to have been filing a report and moving her to another classroom. At four years old, my niece is fully capable of communicating what happened to her, and the physical marks supported her statement. Despite this, the teacher is still employed at the school. We were also informed that the cameras are only monitored live and do not record footage, which raises serious concerns regarding accountability and student safety. As a parent or family member, this situation is extremely disturbing. I would not recommend this daycare based on how this matter was handled. I believe incidents involving allegations of physical harm toward a child should be taken far more seriously and investigated thoroughly. I intend to follow up with the appropriate state agencies to request a formal inspection and review of this facility. No child should ever feel unsafe in a learning environment, and no teacher accused of inappropriate physical conduct should remain in the classroom without a proper investigation.
