Marcos did a great job with what I asked for. We needed our light switches lowered so that we could hang a Hearth display frame on a wall. He was able to successfully lower the switch panel and center it, provide a track for the cable to be plugged in on the other side of the wall, as well as prep the wall for the bracket where we eventually hung the frame. I reached out for an estimate via text. He called me and said he could be there in 30 minutes, I said ok. Before the 30 minutes elapsed I stepped into my kitchen to do a few dishes. Evidently he arrived while I was in the kitchen still. Came out of the kitchen and found he had texted me stating that he had called me twice (my carrier indicated it was only one missed call). He also said he couldn't figure out which "D" I was. You might try ringing a doorbell. He left and said he had to pick up a kid from school. That tells me he really didn't have the time to come in, evaluate the projects and give me an estimate. No mention from him for setting up another appt. Oh well, handymen are a dime a dozen. Marcos did some electrical work for us. He added some lighting in our dining room stairway and swapped existing light fixtures in our laundry room. Great work, he kept drywall repairs to a minimum. He abandoned my project while searching for a/c with same dimensions as the one I was replacing and then he just stopped responding to my text messages. I ultimately had to give up on him and go through the whole process with another handyman who completed the job. Recently had some work being done on my homes facia that was damage due to water. Got a few quotes from handyman on yelp and Sanchez handyman services won my business mainly due to pricing. I know you've heard you can get good work at affordable prices but that's exactly what Sanchez Handyman service did! They replaced damage wood and cut it correctly with 45's at corners and in between connecting boards, painted the two tone on perfectly. I contacted them Friday and they can out on Monday the following week, job took a few hours and the cleaned up as if they were never there.
