Excellent experience with Rush truck centers! Very nice clean facility with helpful and friendly…read morestaff. My father is in the trucking industry and started using the service department for repairs. The labor rate is high, however, we priced shopped other dealership competitors (Peach State, MHC, Vanguard, Peterbilt) and determined Rush was one of the cheaper options in Atlanta. Aside from being one of the cheaper options they have always been willing to work with us on price, especially on costly in-depth repairs. Rush also has a nifty update system that alerts your email on the repair status of your truck. This was a quick way to communicate back and forth with the service department with any questions or approvals without having to call and be placed on hold.

Weekend came and went. Then holiday came through. Then they were checking. Then they did not arrive again. Then they sent the wrong parts. Had a driver in a hotel there for 20 days. Finally flew him out. Had a fender bender where car hit our fuel tank and drained it. Drove it in. $19304 dollars later it was finally done in over a month. Insurance paid claim since it was not our fault. I think thats why they took full advantage of the situation. Could not get wire instructions. Sent a cashiers check. Guess what, lady that could accept cashiers check is gone for the day!!!! After flying driver out there again to pick up. So after everything still had to rent another hotel. Emailed Rush to report, guess what. They could care less also. They have a lot of business....

I've taken my vehicle in for the same repair FIVE times, and the issue was never corrected!…read more Luckily, I had insurance to assist me with the cost, but I still had to come out of my pocket for each visit. The repair for the "check engine light" would clear for approximately 2 weeks and reappear each time. THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. The owner would give one repair cost over the phone to my husband and charge me a different repair price on the premises...He claimed that the computer was at fault! As if that wasn't enough, they lost the engine cover to my car without making an effort to correct. Refuse to return a $15 overcharge and want us to deduct it from our next charge when we bring the car back to be repaired! This business was initially dependable about 18 months ago, but given the recent circumstances, I would advise you to choose a different car repair shop. This place is more about money than it is about quality service. It's like playing Russian Roulette...Just don't trust them!

I was on the highway 300 miles away when my tire almost fell off my car with my two and four year old inside. They were the last people to touch the car before a road trip. I even came back and asked them to check out some noises and lack of power. Turns out, I was leaking transmission fluid. When I brought this up to them, They apologized and then went on to question who might have been have unsuccessfully trying to steal my wheel or sabotage my life. Disregarding responsibility for a thourogh job and safety. Offensive lack of ownership. I bring this up because I cringe every time I pass either shop.

It was late, we were stuck in a parking garage at 10 PM with no tools, and we trusted their guidance. The mechanic started service around 4 or 5 PM and we didn't leave until 1 AM. We were charged $681 total, including $165 for a diagnostic and the cost/labor for two batteries. The mechanic mentioned we could replace the batteries ourselves to save money, but that really wasn't realistic given the situation we were in. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. For hours, there was no clear diagnostic explanation, and it wasn't until after the batteries were replaced around 10 PM that we were told the issue might be related to a computer system failure. This was not mentioned at all before we replaced the batteries, which made it feel like we were going in circles. After everything was done, we still didn't have a working car, and we were left without any real answers or codes to understand the problem. Eventually, we had to tow the car to Pep Boys, where they diagnosed and fixed the issue for just $177. We feel that this mobile service could've been more transparent and provided clearer communication throughout the process. Given the high cost and lack of results, I'm sharing this review to help others avoid the same frustrating experience. Be sure to ask for clear, up-front diagnostic information and pricing before agreeing to any services
