However, the actual issue with the vehicle was not properly identified or resolved. After the unprofessional service, the "Engine Maintenance Required" message continued to appear on my dashboard, and I was not given a clear explanation for why it was still showing. I still had to take the vehicle elsewhere for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. I would advise others to be cautious with this shop, as in my experience they did not address the root cause of the problem and focused mainly on basic maintenance without resolving the actual issue.
