Some time after, I noticed a small oil drip. At that point, it was never even fully determined whether it was something they did or simply a failed seal on our end -- and honestly, it was probably a part failure. What happened next is what truly sets this company apart. Michael, the owner, personally called me and handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. Because the line wasn't entirely clear on whether the issue was a failed part or something related to the service, he took ownership of making it right. His focus was on standing behind the work, doing right by the customer, and building a long-term relationship -- not pointing fingers. They went way above and beyond. Kia is notorious for requiring OEM parts (aftermarket just won't work properly), so they had to track down a specific part. Michael and his team called multiple Kia dealerships, pulled strings, and somehow managed to get the part the same day, even though we were originally told it could take several days. That alone was impressive. They repaired the vehicle immediately -- and the next morning, Michael and his father personally delivered the car to my house. His father has over 40 years of experience working on vehicles and plays an active role in overseeing the work, which really shows. The two of them together are an impressive team. In conversation, I mentioned to Michael that part of my work involves helping businesses think through customer experience, and we talked about what it looks like to truly take care of people. The hardest time to do that is when it costs the business owner money. This repair did cost him money -- and he still did the right thing without hesitation. I've already referred many people to Strickland Brothers in the past because of consistently good service -- but this experience was different. I tap my card and then I was given my receipt. I see that the discount was not applied. Attendant starts the conversation by telling me it is my fault and that they can give me the discount next time. Asked if I could get another service and get the discount on that. Originally told yes but manager vetoed that and said I already paid. I literally showed the coupon when I first arrived. Attendant never told me the price nor showed me the final price before telling me to pay. Manager will not let me get the discount on a different service. They must be hurting for business and I see why. I will not return.

You can tell it was done by a brush or something loose and that it is fresh scratches. When tell management he says they are not responsible for stolen or damage property and moved my cat out the way to continue other cars. I had to call the police and make a report. I saw other cars come it with scratches but not as severe as mine. I knew i should have left when i pulled in and saw unorganized. Under new Indian management. They trying to do too much now. They closed off the walk thru to see the car go thru the wash cycles and they are washing off and using soapy scrub brush after it comes out the wash tunnel. Leads me to believe cars are not going thru all the cycles that customers pay to get, like wax and protectant coats. They slower, got cars all piled, waiting to b vacuumed and wiped down. They put in slot machines taking up 1/4 of the site area. Got a food truck in parking lot now taking up space where cars are normally moved to. It just seems and runs very shiesty and unorganized. Used to b my favorite local car wash but this will b my last time coming here. Whole new crew of workers too. Do not come here!!!! to the ppl who knew how to wash a damn car?
