When we arrived he asked us to get out of the car while he takes care of the rest. He pointed out the seating areas to wait in. My hubby was a little cold because he hadn't been feeling good. He was willing to stand in the sun seeing that most of the seating area was in the shade. I decided to grab one of the chairs to sat it in the sun for him to sit down and what did I do that for. Some disgruntled older man came out of the shop to the right of the smog shop (I guess they do tune ups and brakes) and ranted and raved about where the chairs belong. I was thinking "wow, they seem to be very strict about the seating arrangements. He went on and on about where the chairs are located and how they should be six feet apart. He gave the impression that he doesn't get the opportunity to flex his authoritative muscles much so he had a time with us. I didn't allow his attitude to disturb the good image that was painted by David with the service he gave. What put the cherry on top for me, is when he was done with the smog he literally turned the car around and drove it to the end of the driveway for us and open the door for my husband to get in. That impressed me very much. I never seen such service before. I would definitely come back here!!!
